Naveen growled into her neck as her hand rubbed his area and she started undoing his shirt. He moved up and captured her lips in his as he slid her other strap off and her dress tumbled down her body to the floor. Before she could stop him, his hands slid onto her ass and hoisted her body up onto his and her legs wrapped around his waist as he carried her upstairs to his room. "Never let me leave for that long again." Naveen laid her body down on the bed before removing his pants and climbed on top of her, his hands moving up and down her thighs as they kissed. Naveen smiled down at her before leaning his head down, placing a gentle kiss on her lips. He ran his fingers lightly through her hair, enjoying the feeling of her naked body laying against his own. After ten long months, it felt amazing to finally have a release.

Naveen tightened his arm around her slightly when she said she loved him, the words lingering on his tongue but he kept them in his mouth. He knew that he loved her but he wasn't sure if it was more than loving her as a sister or a lover. Though at her next words, he felt the muscles in his chest tense slightly and sighed as he leaned his head back. "Damn it...I forgot about that..." When she tweaked his nipple, he winced and sucked in a small breath at the sensation that shot through him. He leaned over and pulled the necklace out of his pants pocket before holding it out to her. "I'm sorry, I was just curious. Chel told me how good you were with a sword and well...I wanted to see for myself. If it's any consolation, you're pretty damn good." He grinned down at her, placing a gentle kiss on her forehead. Naveen shifted in the bed until he was laying on his side and rested his head in his hand as he propped himself up on his arm. "So I'm your...br-boyfriend? That is what you said last night, isn't it?" He kept his hand on her hip as he teased her, using the exact stutter she had used last night in the stables.

Naveen felt a small smile tug at the corner of his lips at her reaction and he rolled onto his back, looking up at the ceiling as she spoke. He bit on his bottom lip when she mentioned that she wanted something more and he glanced down at her, noticing how she was searching his face for a response. "Nita...I.." A sigh flew past his lips and he ran a hand through his hair before pushing himself out of bed. He didn't say anything to her as he made his way over to his bags on the floor and pulled out a small box. Naveen climbed back into the bed, looking down at the box in his hands. "I love you Nita..I really do. I thought that if we continued this that it would ruin our relationship..that's why I pushed you away before. But over the past ten months, I realized that I can't stand being away from you. I know it's wrong for us to be together but...I think we can handle it. And I will do my best to treat you how you should be treated but I'll warn you, I'm terrible at relationships. Ever since Aurora..and then Evangeline, I have sworn off commitments because I've had terrible experiences. But I think with you that it will be different." Naveen gave her a small smile before he held out the box for her to take. Inside of it was a white opal necklace in the shape of a small teardrop. Around it spiraled pure silver that held it onto a silver chain, diamonds accenting the curves. The opal glittered in the light of the room, glimmering rainbow accents as it caught certain angles. "This is your birthday present but I guess you could also say it's..me asking you to be my girlfriend..." Naveen lowered his gaze from her, worried that he was pushing too much on her at once. He had struggled with these feelings for so long and now that they were together again, he was starting to understand them. Who cares if they thought they were sick for being together. But they were both so old now...They weren't the people they were anymore when they grew up together and he loved her so much and she loved him.

Naveen slipped his hand back onto her waist as she leaned forward and kissed him, immediately feeling how much she meant it. He pulled back and took the necklace out of the box, moving her hair off of her neck as he fastened it onto her. The stone glittered in the light, standing out against her caramel colored skin and he grinned at the sight of it. He had it specially made for her and it took a lot to keep it a secret from Chel. It took a good chunk of his hoard but he didn't care. She deserved it and more...especially if he was going to make this work. At her question, he smirked and pulled her into his lap, his fingertips tracing along her hips as his body shivered from her hand on his abdomen. "So many more..." He pressed his lips against hers, his tongue lightly tracing her lips looking for an entrance. Naveen groaned at the feeling she gave him, his body already starting to respond to her touch. He pulled back slightly, trailing kisses down her jawline to her collarbone. "So I'm guessing that man earlier was to make me jealous? You knew I'd ask you if it worked, didn't you?" He smirked before lightly nudging her with his shoulder. She knew exactly how to play him..and she was damn good at it.
