Naveen shook his head when she questioned him on how many times, hating that the number was so high. When she held out the necklace to him, he took it and stared down at the stone. Before he could change his mind, he pulled her into him and pressed his lips against hers. "I thought the guy's were the ones to propose." He teased against her lips, knocking his nose playfully against hers. "I don't need vows with you Nita...I just need you." Naveen took a step back from her and reached into his other pocket. Inside had been two rings he had been saving ever since they destroyed the sorcerer..the night Nita had tried to kill herself. One was for her and one for him. Naveen had had hers specially made while his was only a simple golden band, a few etchings of vines made into it to match hers. He had been waiting for the right moment to make a proper proposal but things just kept getting in the way. A grin came to his face as he knelt down in front of her and took her hand in his. He pulled out a golden band from his pocket, the metal twisted into vines and etched to look like leaves. A shining opal stone shone in the center to resemble a flower, the stone just like the necklace he had given her when they first started dating. "Nita, will you marry me?"

Nita clung to Naveen as he pulled her against him and kissed her. She laughed under her breath at his words, "I couldn't wait any longer." She shyly admitted as his nose bumped hers. Her eyes widened as he actually got down on one knee and took her hand in his. Tears were beginning to fall down her face as she smiled down at him. She watched as he withdrew a ring from his pocket, a beautiful twisted gold band that resembled vines and leaves. Right in the middle was a beautiful opal shaped to look just like a flower, the stone matched her necklace. At this point Nita was almost too overjoyed to think straight, "Yes of course I'll marry you!" She said unable to contain her happiness in those words alone. Once he slid the ring onto her finger she couldn't restrain herself any longer, and kissed him right on the lips nearly knocking him right over with her enthusiasm. "I love you my husband." She whispered in between kisses, doing her best to express just how much she loved him through that alone.

Naveen grinned when she said yes and she jumped on him, pressing her lips against his. He fell back onto his butt and wrapped his arm around her waist so he didn't fall back all the way. When she pulled back for a moment, he let her take his ring and slip it onto his finger. They were married now. It was everything he had ever wanted. Naveen smirked and flipped them so she was lying beneath him in the sand. "I love you, my wife." He grinned and kissed her again. Naveen looked up as the sun began to set, the children disappearing from the beach so they were alone. He slipped his arms beneath her body and whisked her up into his arms. His lips pressed against hers again as he carried her to the house, their bodies suddenly appearing in the bedroom. He laid her down on the bed and his hands traveled down her body.

They had sex more then once, reacquainting themselves with their bodies, until at last they lay next to each other spent. Nita curled up next to Naveen with her ringed hand resting against his chest. It felt so natural and so perfect, she never wanted the dream to end. "I wish I didn't have to wake up...I wish I could stay with you here right where it's safe." She quietly admitted as she looked up at him. It scared her to know that at any moment she would wake up and not be by his side any longer. Nero frightened her with how he was always changing his mood, it made it extremely hard to predict what he would plan on doing next. "I never want to forget this night, or any of the days that we have been together. You mean so much to me, and I hope we can always have moments like this." What she wouldn't give to actually have him with her. "I love you so much." She whispered, she'd never get tired of saying those words to him. She pressed a kiss against his neck as she shifted her body closer against his own, needing to feel his presence even if it was only temporary.

Naveen held Nita to his chest, sweat dripping from his skin from their recent activity. It felt amazing to be holding her like this, to be with her. They hadn't been together in so long and he had missed her. "I'll find you...I swear of it. Even if it takes a thousand years, I'll be by your side again." Naveen smirked down at her, stealing her line that she had used on the beach. When she pressed her lips against his neck, he groaned and pulled her closer to him. "But until then, I'll come visit you like this...in our dreams. Every night." Naveen pressed a kiss on the top of her head, his thumb lightly tracing across her shoulder. He closed his eyes and whispered against her ear. "I love you Nita..."
Naveen was suddenly jolted awake, his body shooting into a seated position on the bed. Sweat dripped from his skin and soaked his clothes, the fabric sticking uncomfortably to his skin. It was still the middle of the night and he knew that everyone must have been asleep. His pants suddenly felt tight and his face flushed when he realized that he had climaxed in his sleep, and from what it felt like, more than once. He slowly pushed himself out of the bed and made his way to the bathroom, stripping off his clothes on the way before he took a cold bath to try and calm himself down. As he was sulking in the water, he glanced down at his hand, his body freezing at the sight. On his finger was the ring from his dream and his heart started racing. That was just a dream...wasn't it? He tumbled out of the tub, hastily drying himself off with a towel as he ran to his dresser, flinging open the top drawer. His hands frantically searched through the clothes to find a small, black velvet pouch. Inside should have been the rings but the moment he turned it over, nothing fell out. He let out a laugh, his hand flying to his mouth as he took it all in. Nita had been real. Somehow, his magic must have taken over and sent him to her. "Chel! Chel!!" He pulled on a pair of underwear, racing down the hallway as he pulled them up and didn't bother putting on anything else. Water still dripped down his skin but he didn't care. Naveen burst into Chel's room, his chest huffing as he caught his breath from all the excitement. "Chel, you were right. She's alive! Nita, she's.." His head started spinning and he had to sit on the edge of her bed to keep himself upright. He was moving at a million miles an hour and his heart pounded in his ears.

Nita sat up with a gasp, her dress clung to her uncomfortably and she could tell that she had climaxed more then once during her dream. She felt something on her ring finger on the left hand and looked down to see the ring that Naveen had given her there. So her dream had been real...at least in some aspect, for the first time in a long time she felt a real smile stretch across her lips. She pressed a kiss against the opal feeling some hope that she hadn't felt. Now she and Naveen were tied in a way that Nero couldn't break. She'd see him again, and just that thought alone made her laugh. She slid out of the bed and twirled in place with a bright smile on her face. Of course now she'd have to change into a different dress and have a shower, but it had all been worth it. Feeling a familiar weight around her neck, she saw the opal necklace there as well. The chain was stained with blood, but other then that was just as she recalled it. She slipped the necklace off and concentrated until the blood disappeared. Now the chain was spotless, she held it to her chest just for a moment. It felt good, right even in that moment...things were finally looking up for her. All she had to do now was somehow hide the ring and necklace from Nero...if he ever discovered that she had them in her possession, she dreaded to think about just what he would do.

Chel had been sleeping, even though she had wanted nothing more then to shake some sense into her dad. She had just started to drift off when she heard her dad's voice calling her name rather frantically. The worst part about being interrupted during sleep was just almost falling asleep and then being forced awake she decided with a grimace. "What?" She grumbled as she sat up, and then took in her dad's whole state. "Oh wow dad put some clothes on! Geez do you want to scar me for life?!" She demanded as she slapped a hand over her eyes. All thoughts of sleeping had all but disappeared now thanks to this. The last thing she had ever wanted to see was her dad all but naked and dripping wet. At this rate she'd know everything about what her dad looked like if he kept this up. If she considered how she had walked in on him and Nita not too long ago, and she was still trying to get that out of her memory. "I'm glad you've finally come to your senses, but um what convinced you?" She asked carefully.

Naveen rolled his eyes when she mentioned his state of undress and stole the blanket off her body before wrapping it around his waist to at least conceal his lower area. "Shut up, that's not important. Chel, you were right!" He tucked the end in so it would stay up and he sat back down on the edge of her bed. "I saw her. She was in my dream but she was so real. I could touch her, feel her...it was like she was right there. And this!" Naveen hastily slid the ring off his finger and handed it to her, his body buzzing with excitement. "This, the rings. I had one for her and I gave it to her in the dream with the necklace and now they are both gone!" He grinned, knowing that Nita must have them wherever she is. From the look on Chel's face, he tried to push down his excitement, just a tad. "We got married Chel. On the beach, like I had planned. You were there, and the twins. They were little toddlers and so cute...I must sound insane but it's the truth."

Chel grumbled as Naveen stole her blanket and stuck her tongue out at him in retaliation. She moved to sit up as her dad tucked the blanket around himself, "Of course I was right." She said fighting off a yawn as she leaned back against the headboard. She froze however when he mentioned how he had seen Nita in a dream, it wasn't impossible but that just sounded too weird. "Wait back up, you got married on a beach...with your and Nita's kids already toddlers?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. "When did you even get rings?" She asked as she grabbed her dad's ringed hand to examine the gold band on it. It was a simple gold band, but knowing her dad he had probably picked something ridiculously expensive for Nita. She knew her dad well enough to know that he probably was telling the truth, in fact she couldn't pick up on him lying. Which meant he honestly believed that what he had seen was real, and she didn't have it in her to dispute his claim. This was the first time she had seen her dad smile in weeks and she loved him enough to at least try to believe him. "Right well so you two are married, so does that mean you'll help me get her back?" She asked seriously.

Naveen smiled when she asked about the rings and he took it back from her, sliding it back onto his finger. "I got them a long time ago...I had planned on using them sooner but then father came along and well...yeah. I never got the chance." His smile died off a bit and he stared down at the ring. But now he had finally gotten the chance, even if it was in a dream. Though when Chel mentioned getting Nita back, Naveen pulled back and looked away from her. "I can't..." When he heard Chel let out an upset sigh, he looked over at her. "Chel, I mean it. I can't get her back right now. Yes, I am so relieved that she is alive but if what she told me was true, father won't let her go. If I tried to save her, she'd only end up getting hurt and that's the last thing I want. If she or those children got hurt, I'd never forgive myself." He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "I already explained myself to her...to keep her safe, I have to keep living like she's dead. If I went after her, I would just do something stupid and end up causing more damage than there already is..."

Chel let out a frustrated sigh, "This sucks." She mumbled. Nero was a total dick for taking Nita and Naveen's happiness away from them and for having sold Nita off. "What if Nero really does let Ruby take her? I mean he basically sold her off to her...and he's sold her before." She pointed out quietly not entirely sure how her dad would react to that. "I mean I think I may have made things worse for her....I got him really pissed off when I started yelling at him and then Ruby showed up." She admitted with a pained expression, it hurt to admit it. "She's the one who took Nita while she was sleeping." She continued after a moment, and she had most likely been the one to put a corpse in the bed as well. It disgusted her to think that someone could do something like that to her dad. Of course Nero had been the one who had planned the whole thing, all so he could have Nita's children. Then there was the small matter that she still hadn't told her dad about just quite yet. How could she tell her dad that she had allowed herself to develop feelings for Nero? And that she had almost let him take her virginity....the thought alone made her shudder.

Naveen looked over at Chel as she spoke, his gaze darkening at the news. "I never should have even brought Ruby into our lives. If I never ran off and got rid of my memories, Nita could be able to come home. It's stupid decisions like that that got us into this mess..." He leaned back against the headboard next to her and gently took her hand in his. "But I'm going to make this right, no matter how long it takes. I'm going to do whatever it takes to bring her home to us." Naveen stared at the ring on his hand. Maybe if he could get Ruby alone...he could convince her to take him instead. She obviously still wanted him..He knew that if he pulled it off, Nita would think he was betraying her. But Nita would be able to stay with her children and Chel could have a mother again. Yes, he would be out of the picture, but he could live with that as long as they were safe. He knew that if he told Chel what he was thinking, she would yell at him till she had nothing left. "Chel...just promise me that no matter what happens, you will always remember that I love you..." He looked over at her and brought her hand up to his mouth, placing a gentle kiss on the back of her hand. Over the time she had been back in his life, he had abandoned her so many times and now he was thinking about it again. He didn't deserve to be her father..

Chel frowned. "You make it sound like you're about to make a dumb decision. Dad, what's going on? If you think for one second that I'm going to lose you again, you have another think coming." She said firmly. "I've lost too many people, I'm not going to lose you too." She said firmly and gripped his hand a little tightly. "Even if you even think that offering yourself up is going to work, I don't think Aunt Nita could leave your kid alone with Nero. And something tells me that he wouldn't let her take your kid...he's just too much of a control freak." She pointed out with an emphasis on the word freak. Even thinking about Nero made her stomach turn. The fact that he was destroying her new mother's life and her father's so quickly disturbed her. She frowned as an idea hit her, she could make sure her mother got to stay with Naveen, but if her dad ever knew what she was even thinking she was sure he'd never leave her out of his sight. After all she owed Nita, she had broken her trust and more besides. "I love you dad, but I can't lose you to that fucker Ruby. And before you go off and say it can save Nita, no it won't! She'll come back, but she'll have lost both you and her kids! Then what would she have to live for? Me? I'm not someone she'll want to be close too! Not after what I did!" Those last few words burst out of her in a sob. "I'm not talking about what happened earlier today....I...when I was staying with her and Nero I...I fooled around with him. He made it clear he wouldn't touch me unless I was ok with it and...I was more then ok with it. I would have let him be my first guy, I was even considering it until well that night when he did that to her. I was so stupid dad, I lied to her for two months, and every time she didn't feel well...I was the one Nero was with." She blurted out as she turned away from her dad, not wanting to see the disappointment in his eyes.

Naveen let out a small laugh when she started yelling at him. She always knew what he was thinking even before he did it. "I knew you would yell at me for that...you always do." Though the moment she brought up her secret, his eyes widened and he slowly pulled away from her. "You...you what? You're joking right?" He pushed himself off the bed and paced around before her, running his hand through his hair. She had been fooling around with him? His father had touched her in such ways...the thought made him sick. "How could you do this Chel? You gave him permission! After everything he has done to Nita and I..how could you even in your right mind? That man is going to torment you because of that! Did you honestly think he wouldn't rape you? That he wouldn't take you whenever he wanted? He was trying to trick you into giving him your trust so he could just fuck you whenever he wanted! I guarantee you that he said he was helping you, didn't he?" Naveen felt his voice rising but he didn't care. She had made a stupid mistake. "You let him..." He whispered, mostly to himself and he could feel tears of frustration pricking at his eyes. Though he stopped in place when a sudden realization hit him and he slowly turned to her. "So you...you let him touch you but....did you ever...ever touch him?"

Chel shrank back as her dad started to yell at her, she deserved each and every word. "I know! I really fucked up...and yes I did touch him. I became really familiar with him...I'm not going to go into details." She said with a shake of her head as she pulled her legs up and wrapped her arms around them. "I know he wanted me...but he never pushed a line. He only did what I was ok with, but I know he probably only did that to gain my trust." She said with a shudder. "I don't want to hurt Aunt Nita like that again, not after everything that she's done for me. I know I've hurt her...earlier today there was a moment where she looked at me, and I knew that she knew what I did. I'm sure Nero told her everything, and she looked so...hurt and disappointed in me." In fact it had almost been worse then Naveen's tirade, just the look had nearly killed Chel when she had seen it. All Nita had ever done was support her, and Chel had basically spat in her face by letting Nero take advantage of her.

As she confirmed his question, Naveen felt the bile rise in his throat and he cringed. His father not only touched her but got her to please him as well. "Gods..I'm going to kill him. First Nita and now you...I'll kill that bastard." Naveen growled and ripped the blanket off of his waist, throwing it down to the floor as he stormed out of her room. He slammed open the door to his room, the door flinging open so hard that the handle left a dent in the wall. Naveen pulled on a pair of pants and started throwing some supplies in a bag. He bad only been at Nero's mansion once and though it had been right after he regained his memories, he thought he could find it again. Once he was ready, he slung the bag over his shoulder and made his way back to Chel's room. "Take me to him. I know you know the way and I'm going to rip out this son of a bitch's throat. Come on." Naveen practically barked the words at her,a reaching down and gripping her arm as he hoisted her out of bed.
