Nita kissed him back tenderly, "I love you too, and I'm sorry if I've ever made you feel self-conscious about your new powers. I love you...every single part of you, and I always will." She said gently as she hugged him. "Our children will be so lucky to have a father like you in their lives...I know you'll be a good father Naveen. You've always been so kind and considerate towards me and I don't think I've ever really thanked you enough for that." She said gently. She kissed him again trying to express her love for him through the kiss. Her hands clung to him gently before she reluctantly pulled back, "I promise next time you want to check on Chel or anyone in our family I won't get in your way. I never should have done that in the first place...forgive me?" She asked quietly.

Naveen gave her a soft smile and lightly rubbed his nose against hers. "Of course.." He kissed her lips, enjoying the feeling of her against him. She always knew what to say to make him feel better. Yes, he was different now but he was working on adjusting to that. She still managed to love him no matter how screwed up he was and he loved her even more for that. "We should probably get back to Chel before she thinks we're fighting." He smirked and took her hand in his. They walked back into the kitchen and sat down at the table with Chel and Eric. "So what even happened last night? It's all still...blank for me. I didn't do anything embarrassing did I?" Naveen slipped his arm around Nita's waist as he sat down next to her.

Chel looked up as Nita and Naveen walked in, she noted that they seemed to have made up and let out a sigh of relief. "Yeah I want to hear what I missed." She said with a little smirk on her face. Nita laughed as she sat down next to Naveen, leaning into him as he slid an arm around her. "Well you argued with my stomach, you were a little annoyed that the children were kicking you. The drugs also made you a little...horny." She added after a moment with a little wink at Naveen. "Don't worry though I didn't take advantage of you." She said seriously as she put some pancakes on her plate. Chel made a face at that comment, "Well good cause eww I mean no offense but I don't want to know details about your love lives." She said with a mock shudder.

Naveen chuckled as Nita started to explain what had happened though when she mentions how the drugs made him horny, his face flushed and his eyes widened. He waved his hands trying to get her to be quiet and banged his head against the table. "Oh gods...don't say anything else. I don't want to know anymore, not in front of Chel." He frowned and ran a hand over his face. When Chel spoke, he shuttered and shook his head. He didn't want her to know about their love lives either. "Anyway, my fault I shouldn't have asked, so changing the subject...Are you feeling any better Nita? The children aren't making it hard on you are they?" He asked and took a few bite of his pancakes. Nita had been taking a lot of naps lately and it was starting to worry him. Though over the last few days, she was acting better, it still bothered him. Aurora hadn't had that much trouble during her pregnancy, though she didn't make it as far as Nita had, but he couldn't shake the feeling that maybe something was..off. Maybe it was just because she had had so many miscarriages or she still had some after effects from the sorcerer's brand.

Nita glanced down at her plate at Naveen's sudden change in topic, "They're fine...Nero mentioned that carrying a demon child would be a little more tiring then if I had had normal twins." She said after a moment, it was true after all but she still hadn't told him the truth about herself being poisoned. "Hopefully after they're born I'll be able to get back into a normal sleep routine." She knew that when she had trouble sleeping at night she could bother Naveen. Then her thoughts turned grim, what if the water didn't work? What if she died in childbirth with her two children? She'd never forgive herself for leaving Naveen...and even worse she hated lying to him. Chel's own expression looked a little worrisome, but she hastily changed it into a small smile as she squeezed Nita's hand with her own. "Don't worry mom I'm sure the pregnancy will be just fine." She said encouragingly. Naveen didn't realize how bad things had been a few weeks ago and Chel didn't plan on letting him know what had happened. If he had known how sick Nita had been, he'd go out of his mind with worry and he'd work himself to death trying to cure her.

Naveen happened to glance up at notice Chel's worried look and he froze. She tried to make it seem like it was never there but he had seen it. He sat silently for a minute and pushed around his food with his fork. "Is everything alright? I didn't say anything, did I?" A worried look came to his face and he looked over at Nita. They were both acting a little weird but maybe it was a girl issue that Nita didn't want to talk to him about. After a moment, he shook his head and took her hand. "Nevermind..forget I said anything. I don't want to upset you if you don't want to talk about it." Naveen kissed Nita and squeezed her hand lightly.

Nita blinked at Naveen in surprise, "Oh of course you didn't, and yes everything is fine." She said gently, smiling even more as he took her hand in his and as he leaned forward to kiss her she kissed him back gently. Her other hand cupping his face tenderly as she did so, "Thank you." She whispered against his lips before she kissed him again. She reluctantly pulled back when she realized that they had been kissing in front of Chel and Eric for quite some time. Chel grinned down at her plate then, "So is this what happened last night?" She asked in a cheeky tone avoiding Nita as she threw a napkin in her direction.
