Rameses had just been about to drift off to sleep when he suddenly heard a familiar voice and he jerked into an upright position. Standing across from his bed was Nakoma and Clopin and Rameses cursed, grabbing the sheets to cover himself. "Clopin? Nakoma? What the fuck are you two doing here? How did you find me?" Nakoma's face flushed when she saw that Rameses was still naked and she was silently grateful that Clopin had the foresight to cover her eyes. Rameses took the opportunity so slip out of the bed and pull on his pants. Once Nakoma heard him pull on his pants, she gently moved Clopin's hand away and she moved throughout the room. "Narissa! Narissa, where are you!" She moved through every part of the room, checking the bathroom as well as the closets. Rameses raised an eyebrow at her and shook his head. "She's not here Nakoma, why would she be? I told you, she went out on her own." Nakoma frowned and crossed her arms as her eyes flashed a cold blue. "I know she was here Rameses, I saw you two. Ruby showed me. Now where is she?" Rameses froze the moment she mentioned Ruby and his eyes widened. "Wait, wait...Ruby, are you freaking kidding me? First Narissa and now you? What is wrong with you two!?" He growled and cursed, throwing the shirt that he had in his hands onto the ground. Rameses froze the moment he realized what he had just said and he winced when Nakoma asked him what he was talking about. He couldn't tell them...Rothbart had threatened his child...if he told them, he would be endangering his own child. "That's not important...but I..I can't tell you where she is. There's something you don't know. Narissa's pregnant..if I tell you where she is, she could lose the child.." He sighed and sat on the edge of his bed, running a hand over his head.

Clopin stared at Rameses in growing horror as he spoke. "Wait...she's pregnant? Oh gods...it's your kid isn't it?" He asked and ran a hand down his face. If Rameses was telling the truth then that meant that Narissa must have sold her soul to someone. If not Ruby then that meant...there was only one other person who could have gotten to her. "Well this just keeps getting better and better...do you know where she is?" He asked, it bothered him that Rameses hadn't at least confided in them. Then again considering what was at stake he couldn't quite blame him.

Finally after a few more hours Rothbart left her curled up on the bed. Narissa was shaky and she was covered in bruises from where Rothbart had gripped her too harshly. She couldn't heal herself as Rothbart had made it impossible for her to do that much. She pushed herself up and nearly collapsed again from how much her body ached. Gods she hoped she wouldn't lose her child, the thought that she could terrified her. Especially since she'd been raped so brutally, it was all her fault...she should have known not to be with Rameses. All the same she hoped Rameses would listen to her and not do anything rash..she didn't want to lose him again.

Rameses sighed and nodded his head. "It happened when we were all at the beach house. We got drunk and slept together...I didn't know until she told me after I tried to hurt Nakoma and then she was gone. I found her earlier tonight but she couldn't stay.." He explained and stared down at his hands. Just the thought of her being with Rothbart made him sick to his stomach and after seeing her being hurt by that brand, he knew that Rothbart was angry she had been with him. He never should have kept her after the strip club. "She showed me where she's being held...I was planning on going there tomorrow and getting her. I don't care if she doesn't want me to, I need to get her. She's in this because of me...I have to get her out of it." Rameses looked up at them before his gaze darkened. "You two can't say anything about this. I didn't tell you who has her, but knowing you Clopin, you already know. If you say a word and my child gets hurt, I swear I will end you." His eyes flashed red to prove his point and he pushed himself to his feet. "And you Nakoma, how could you be so stupid to make a deal with Ruby? How did she even get to you anyway?" Nakoma bit her lip and looked down at her hands. "I was upset and...she showed up. She somehow knew about everything...about how my powers were acting up and that I was upset about Narissa being gone. She offered to help me and I...I didn't know what I was paying until it was too late. I sold my soul to her and she sent me here. She made me think that you kidnapped her...that you were hurting her and I fell for it...I'm so sorry.." Tears fell from her eyes and she bit her tongue, wiping them from her face so she didn't look so weak.

Ruby chuckled as she slowly appeared in Rothbart's room and grinned at the sight of Narissa on his bed. "Oh you are so much like your sister sweetheart...did you really think you could cross him and not pay the consequences?" She purred, moving to sit on the bed next to her. "Oh he hasn't told you yet, has he? Of course he wouldn't, he's too much of a tease for that." Ruby smirked and ran her hand down Narissa's side. "Your precious sister sold her soul to me earlier this evening...all to find you. Now isn't that sweet? She's so gullible and naive..just..like..you." She grinned and ran her fingers through Narissa's hair. "Of course it's all part of the plan. She played into it beautifully. Did you know that she's a siren? No wonder she had boys falling at her feet left and right. She didn't even know herself until recently. Poor Nakoma has been so worried about you that her powers are losing control and then I came along. She's so easy.." Ruby chuckled and pulled back.

Clopin ran a hand down his face, "If she is with who I think she's with then you going after her could backfire on you." He pointed out quietly as he watched Rameses move restlessly in front of him. "I'm not going to say a word...I don't want her losing her child for any reason. I may not have been as close to her as I should have been...but she's family and we need to figure out how to free both Nakoma and Narissa." He pointed out and then frowned as a realization dawned on him. "Hang on Ruby didn't really tell you where to find Narissa...so she's not following through with her end of the deal right? Then again Rameses knows...does your dad still have those stones?" He asked after a moment. The infamous stones that Narcisse had used to defeat Rothbart could very well take care of both Ruby and Rothbart...the only problem would be getting them. "If one of us can use those stones...we could take care of the whole situation." He said, looking more eager as he spoke.

Narissa looked up in surprise as the woman appeared in front of her and wiped at her eyes. "W...who are you?" She asked as she studied the woman in front of her. She'd never seen her before but as soon as she mentioned Nakoma, Narissa's eyes widened. "What did you do to my sister?" She demanded as she glared at the woman in front of her. Her eyes widened though when the woman said Nakoma had sold her soul to her. She didn't even care when the woman ran a hand through her hair, "If you've hurt her in any way...I swear I'll make you regret it." She growled, her eyes turning a cool silver as she spoke. How could Nakoma sell her soul to this woman? But even more confusing was why? She didn't understand it at all, Nakoma had never really made an effort to reach out to her before.

Rameses rolled his eyes at Clopin's words. He knew very well that it could backfire but he didn't care. Narissa was being tortured for all he knew..he needed to save her and their child, no matter the cost. Though Nakoma's attention was caught when Clopin suddenly spoke and her eyes widened. "The stones...I think he does. But he would have hidden them. They're very dangerous but..I..I think I know where they are. I can feel their energy when I'm in certain parts of the house. If someone could distract father long enough, I could find them." Nakoma whispered and looked up at them, hope shimmering in her eyes. Maybe they could save her and somehow they could both be free. Rameses raised an eyebrow at her words and shook his head. "That's ridiculous Nakoma, you can't do that. If Narcisse finds out that any of this is happening, he'll lose it. Naveen too. They've been fighting these two for their entire lives. If they find out that they are back because of us ten we will never be able to do anything on our own ever again." Nakoma narrowed her gaze and crossed her arms. "Do you want her back or not, because right now, this is the only way."

Ruby smirked and ran a hand through her own hair. "You haven't heard the stories about me? I'm a little offended by that...I'm Ruby. Lovely to meet you darling." She smiled and gave Narissa a little playful salute. "I'm surprised your father never spoke about me, after all, we were lovers for a while there. I had a go at your mother too for a while but he was much more fun." Ruby giggled and waved her hand to dismiss her comments about her sister. "Oh I didn't hurt her. She did go for a lovely swim in the river though...too bad her little boyfriend saved her before it was too late. I was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with her much longer. I was as surprised as you at her conditions. It's like she's falling apart without you. I bet you never knew that she loved you so much huh?"

Clopin frowned, "And your plan was just going to rush in without any planning at all. At least let's try and improve upon your plan, with the stones we could take care of Ruby and Narissa's captor. We have to at least try...Nakoma can get the stones tonight, all we have to do is keep Narcisse and everyone else occupied. Which might be a little difficult but I know we can do it, besides they'd never suspect a thing." He said with a wave of his hand.

Narissa stared at Ruby in horror, "You're the one who turned my grandfather into a demon dragon. How could you possibly do that to him? And why on earth would you make a deal with Nakoma? Hasn't she been through enough? Why can't you ever just leave my family alone?" Narissa demanded not even seeming to realize that she was choking Ruby with her powers. "You never should have made a deal with Nakoma...I'll fucking kill you myself!" She snarled, a violet hue beginning to show in her eyes as she spoke.

It took some work but Nakoma and Clopin managed to get Rameses to come back home with them. Nakoma had told her parents that he was just passing through on his way back home and needed a place to stay for a few days. Eventually, she had managed to slip away, leaving Clopin and Rameses upstairs to distract her parents. She went into her father's study, her fingers searching along the bookshelves until she found the switch and one of them swung open to reveal a hidden room. Nakoma's heart pounded in her ears as she entered and followed the stairs that spiraled down beneath the house. She was terrified of betraying her father this way but she needed to save Narissa. She had to. The stairs ended into an open room that had a faint blue glow and in the center was a small chest. The glow was coming from inside the chest and Nakoma immediately knew that the stones were inside of it. She hoped that Clopin was doing well distracting her parents. Her fingers gingerly opened the chest and the energy from the stones exploded around her and she winced. It paralyzed her for a moment until she managed to get used to their strength and her hand closed around the stones, holding them in her grasp as she picked them up.

Ruby grinned as Narissa realized everything and she waved her hand. "Yup, that's me. Isn't it obvious darling? I just love torturing your family. Rothbart too, we've been doing it for years. Did Nero tell you I used to be his girlfriend before he fell in love with a human?" Her gaze darkened and then she suddenly felt Narissa's powers on her. The muscles in her throat were closing off but she didn't even care. Ruby merely waved her hand and Narissa's body was forced back onto the bed. She growled and ran her fingers along Narissa's stomach. "That wasn't very smart dear...if you want this little baby to make it, you better learn your place. And fast." Ruby's eyes flashed completely white and her nail dragged along Narissa's stomach, it's sharpness piercing her skin so a thin line of blood beaded onto her skin.

Clopin managed to sneak away and made his way downstairs and towards the hidden room. He flinched when he felt the power streaming from the stones, who knew what those things could do? "Are you going to be ok carrying those?" He asked quietly as he studied the stones, they glowed with an eerie electric blue light. He knew those stones were dangerous, there was a reason they were locked away after all. From the stories they also had a back effect on anyone using them, especially if they used it for too long. Not only were the stones dangerous, they were unpredictable. "Let's just hope these things still work." He muttered, otherwise they would be back to square one.

Narissa's eyes flashed back to their normal hue as Ruby threw her back onto the bed. She shrieked in pain and fear when Ruby's nail started digging down her stomach. "Please stop! I'm sorry!" She whimpered, too afraid too move for fear that it would only make things worse. Oh Gods if she had accidentally condemned her child she'd never forgive herself. Her hands dug into the sheets underneath her as she tried to keep her mind off of the pain.

Nakoma jumped when Clopin came in behind her, nearly dropping the stones back into the chest. She must have been so focused that she didn't hear him come in. "I think so...I have to be." She whispered, grabbing the small velvet bag to slip them into and then she tucked them into the top of her dress between her breasts. The power radiating off of them was enough to make her woozy but the bag seemed to contain most of it, cutting down on the amount of power she could feel from them. "From how they feel, I'm sure they do. I've never felt this much power before..I just hope that one of us can use them. And that father never finds out about any of this..." Nakoma whispered before she turned to look at him. She leaned up on her tip toes and kissed his lips. "Thank you...for staying. Any other guy would have run away but you didn't...so thank you." She kissed him again before she sank back down and gently took his hand. "Let's get out of here before he finds out. Rameses won't be able to distract them for much longer."

Ruby grinned as Narissa begged and she pulled her hand away, wiping some of the blood off of her stomach with her finger. "That's a girl..." She whispered and licked the blood off of her finger, groaning at the taste. "I see why he liked you. You're a fighter, just like your grandmother...Nita was always his favorite." She smirked and ran her fingers down Narissa's body. "You'll be seeing your sister soon enough..you're little boyfriend too. They won't be able to resist trying to find you for much longer and when they come, we will be ready." Ruby chuckled before she disappeared in a plume of smoke, leaving Narissa all alone.

Clopin could feel the power radiating from the stones and frowned when Nakoma dropped the pouch between her breasts. "I don't like you using them...you'll let me know if it gets to be too difficult right?" He asked with concern before she leaned up and kissed him. At her words he frowned and then smiled down at her, "Of course I'm staying with you...I love you and no matter what happens, you and I are going to be together." He bit down on his bottom lip then as he had just admitted that he loved her. It was the first time he'd said the words but he meant them, and he wasn't planning on taking them back.

Narissa let out a shaky sigh of relief as Ruby finally stopped. She grimaced when Ruby licked her blood off of her finger, disgust filling her as she stared at her. Her eyes widened in horror at Ruby's words, she had to warn Rameses...she couldn't just let him try and save her. Rothbart had made a deal with her not to hurt her family....but Ruby could hurt them and she was just as dangerous. "You bitch!" Narissa snapped and might have made another mistake but Ruby had left. Narissa slumped onto the bed, the rush of adrenaline leaving her then. She had to warn Rameses, but how? There was no way Rothbart would be letting her leave his sight, not after what she had done earlier. Besides she was too weak to leave...it was a stretch but maybe she could reach Rameses in a dream? She'd heard of her family being able to do that with their significant others...maybe she could do the same with Rameses?

Nakoma nearly froze when she heard Clopin speak, her heart pounding in her chest. That had been the first time he had ever said that to her...the first time he said that he loved her. Just as she was about to speak, she heard a thump from upstairs which was Rameses' signal that he was losing their interest and she grabbed Clopin's hand, dragging him back upstairs and sealed off the secret room. They all said goodnight and went off to their separate rooms and thankfully her father hadn't noticed her or Clopin's absence. Nakoma sat on her bed as she waited for her parents to fall asleep. Clopin was only down the hall but they would always wait until her parents had fallen asleep before he would come to her room just to be safe. Nakoma had been replaying what he said in her mind from the moment she was alone and it made her heart skip. He loved her....he loved her even though she wasn't who he thought she was...And she loved him too. She looked up as the door opened and he came in but before he could speak, she ran up to him and kissed him, wrapping her arms around his neck. "I love you too Clopin..." Nakoma whispered against his lips. She pulled back just slightly and looked up at him, her eyes already tearing up from how happy she was. "I love you Clopin...I...I'm ready, for us. I'm ready for us to be together...as a couple and...physically." Her cheeks blushed as she said the last part and she bit her bottom lip. What if he didn't want to have sex with her? What if he really didn't approve of what she was and he had only said that to make her feel better?

Rameses fell back on the bed and ran his hands over his face. He had to share with Clopin but his brother had told him that he would usually sneak off to Nakoma's room once her parents were asleep so he would have the room to himself tonight. It took a few hours for Clopin to finally leave and when he did, Rameses finally relaxed. They had the stones...now all they had to do was devise a plan. As he started to drift off to sleep, he felt like someone was calling out to him and Rameses groaned, pushing his head into the pillow as he rolled onto his stomach. He was too tired to try and plan any more with Nakoma and Clopin...why couldn't they let him sleep? He heard the voice again when it suddenly dawned on him that it wasn't Nakoma...it was Narissa. Rameses had almost forgotten that the people in his family could communicate with their loved ones...was Narissa trying to reach out to him? Rameses focused his magic, trying to follow her voice. "Narissa? Is that you?"

Clopin managed to sneak into her room and smiled down at Nakoma as she approached him. At her words he felt his heart lift, "Really?" He asked as he wrapped his arms around her pulling her against him. At her other words he took her hands in his, "Are you sure? I don't want you to regret being with me." He said quietly. He had helped her out with oral sex before but he didn't want her to have sex with him and then realize she had made a mistake. What if she wanted Rameses instead later on? Of course Rameses was interested in Narissa now...but he wasn't sure if that would last.

Narissa had finally managed to fall asleep, and she had been trying to reach Rameses ever since. As soon as she heard his voice respond, she lit up. In the dream he appeared right next to Rothbart's bed where Narissa lay and as soon as she saw him she jumped up and hugged him. "Oh I've missed you so much." She whispered as she clung to him, Gods she wished this wasn't a dream. In the dream she wore the same simple white dress that she had worn earlier on, but it didn't do much to disguise the new bruises on her skin. "You can't come after me Rameses...Rothbart and Ruby have a trap. If you show up at all then Rothbart and Ruby will be waiting for you. Please don't come after me, I'm not worth you or anyone getting killed. I couldn't bear it if you ever got hurt." She whispered, her body shaking from the very idea.

Nakoma nodded and a smile grew on her face. "I'm sure..I'm ready for this. You've been so patient with me and I couldn't be more grateful. I could never regret being with you..never." She whispered before she leaned up and kissed his gently again, her hand resting on his chest. After a moment, she took a step back and her fingers shyly untied her robe before she let it slide down from her body and pool around her ankles. She was wearing only a white lacy bra that had tiny black bows halfway up each strap and another right between her breasts with a matching pair of panties. The lace was see-through so her nipples were easily seen through the dainty fabric. Her aunt Chel had given it to her as a present on her eighteenth birthday but Nakoma had never planned on using it..not until she realized that she loved Clopin too. In the time they had been together, he had never pressured her for sex. The closest they ever got was when he would give her oral but he had never fingered her or entered her in any way. She of course had returned the favor by pleasing him with her hands and even her mouth once but the idea of him being inside of her still made her nervous.

Rameses blinked as he suddenly appeared in Rothbart's room and he saw Narissa lying on the bed. Bruises covered her skin and his heart sank at the sight of them. "Gods Narissa...what has he done to you?" He whispered as he pulled back slightly from her hug and his gaze moved down her body so he could see her more clearly. Though at her words, he frowned and shook his head. "I don't care. Of course they know that I'm coming. We all are. But we have something that they don't know about. We have the stones. Nakoma stole them from your father. We can end this! We can be together." He leaned down and kissed her lips, his hands sliding down her sides as he tried to calm her. She was still shaking and he hated that she was enduring any of this. "We're coming for you..I don't care. With the stones, we can beat them. I will not leave you or our child with him one moment longer."

Clopin felt his jaw drop when Nakoma removed her robe and revealed her lingerie. She was damn sexy and he couldn't quite help the groan that escaped him as he took in her body. He could tell that she was still nervous, but he planned on being as gentle as he possibly could with her. He wanted her to enjoy it as much as possible, "I love you Nakoma." He whispered before he pulled her against him and kissed her again, enjoying the taste of her lips against his own as he gently picked her up in his arms and carried her to the bed. Once he laid her down, he started trailing kisses down her neck, his hand running along her breasts. He took his time with her, wanting her to enjoy each moment that he was with her. He gently flicked his tongue out and licked her neck before going back to lightly kissing and sucking the area there.

Narissa glanced down at herself and flinched, "It's nothing...I'm fine Rameses, it's my fault for getting him angry in the first place." She said and let out a little sigh as Rameses's arms wrapped around her. She didn't feel quite so shaky and on edge when he held her like this. "Rameses, what if they have a way to block the stones's power? Or worse what if they have something stronger? I don't want you getting hurt because of me." The thought of Rameses getting killed scared her more then anything, next to losing their child. She leaned up and pressed a desperate kiss against his lips, her hands sliding up and cupping his face as she did so. Her body pressed against his taking comfort in the feel of him, and wishing that it wasn't just a dream.

Nakoma gasped as he lifted her up into his arms and carried her over to the bed. She leaned her head back as his lips trailed down her neck and her hands ran down his shoulders onto his back. Her fingertips tugged at the bottom of his shirt, gingerly pushing it up so he could take it off. She wanted to feel his skin against hers. Her hips pressed up against him before she snaked one hand down and gently cupped his crotch. He was already pretty hard and her heart skipped. It felt amazing to know she had that kind of effect on him. "Gods, take off your clothes.." She moaned against his skin as she bucked her hips up against him.

Rameses lifted her up into his arms as she kissed him and laid her back down gently on the bed. He shifted so he was lying next to her and let her rest her head on his chest. "Don't worry Narissa...we will figure this out. I will not stop until you are safe with me. Rothbart can't stop me and neither can Ruby." He pressed a gentle kiss against the top of her head and ran his thumb along her arm. "Nakoma is so worried about you, I've never seen her this upset before. She thinks that she knows how to use the stones and she plans on using them to save you before she does anything about Ruby. You are her main priority right now, no matter how much I try to keep her out of this, she's not backing down..." Rameses whispered and he silently wondered how Narissa would react to all of this.
