Nero glanced over at Nita when she managed to somehow get to him and his gaze darkened. "You should know your place by now." He growled and used his free hand to backhand Nita to the ground. Naveen jerked under his father's grasp but he didn't have the words to speak. Nero's grip was getting tighter and tighter and now all he could see were spots. He tried to push at Nero but his father only started to laugh. Before he could react, Naveen was thrown across the room, his body slamming against the wall. "If you try and interfere Nita, I will not hesitate to kill him. You and I both know I mean that. So shut up and sit back." Nero growled as he kicked Nita in the stomach as if to make his point. Then he turned to Naveen's crumpled body and grinned. One swift kick to Naveen's stomach caused him to cry out and his body curled in on itself. "Oh don't be such a child Naveen...it's really not that bad." Nero grinned and knelt down, gripping his son by the hair. "Let her go...you can have me...and all you want. Just leave her alone." Naveen whispered but his words cut off as Nero jammed a dagger into his side. Nero heard Nita whimper behind him and he smirked, glancing over at her over his shoulder. "Relax, it won't kill him." He twisted the knife, causing Naveen to cry out and every muscle in his body tensed, the blood rushing out of him faster because of it. "Now...do you really mean that? You understand you will be taking her place now is that correct? Every thing that had happened to her..will happen to you." Naveen struggled for air, his whole body wincing as his father spoke. His gaze flicked over to Nita, knowing that she wouldn't want to hear what he was going to say next. After all, how many years she had been dealing with this torture, he didn't know. If he turned his back on her now..all of that would have been to waste. "I'll do it.." Naveen whispered, all strength he had leaving him as he stared up at his father.

Nita let out a muffled cry as Nero backhanded her so hard that she collapsed to the ground. She lay there with her body shaking, "No...Naveen." She whispered and cried out as Nero kicked her in the stomach, her body curled up in reflex and she started crying. Her robe had fallen open once again so she was exposed to both Naveen and Nero, and yet she couldn't bring herself to care as Nero started hurting Naveen again. It was like all her nightmares come to life, and she couldn't do anything to help Naveen. All she could do was lie there and cry as if her heart was breaking. Her eyes widened and a horrified whimper escaped her when Nero suddenly stabbed Naveen. "No! Naveen don't listen to him! Please just go!" She begged knowing that it was useless, Naveen had never been the type to ignore her being in pain. In fact he'd do anything to make sure she got out of this alive, it was one of the many reasons why she loved him so much. She could feel a headache coming on far stronger then any of the other ones she'd yet had. "Don't you dare hurt him ever again! I won't stand by and let you hurt him like you hurt me." Her eyes were pure gold and then she looked at Naveen, the knife slid out of him as Nero was thrown to the opposite side of the room. The knife suddenly buried itself into Nero's side and then drew back only to keep burying itself in him. Finally she looked at Naveen and she looked sad, "We won't see each other for awhile my love. It's for the best, never forget that I love you." His wounds healed and then he disappeared in a plume of smoke to a location only she knew. Finished the gold hue in Nita's eyes faded and she slumped to the ground completely exhausted. Everything she'd already been through and the powers that she had used had caught up to her at this point. "You'll never find him...and you'll never have a chance to hurt him like you hurt me. I'm never going to say a word, nothing you can do to me will ever change that." She said as she glared at him, knowing that she had condemned herself by what she had done. Yet she couldn't bring herself to care...so long as Naveen was safe she could handle whatever Nero did to her.
