Never Trust a Pretty Face {Ft•Dimitri}

Dimitri gave himself a quick look over, not seeing what was so good about his current 'body' either. Honestly he jsut picked this one by random, and some liked it, while others didn't. No biggie for him, a slong as he could blend in with it, it was good enough for him. Although, Sinbad seemed to like it, so he guessed that was a bonus.
"Who knows, maybe?" Dimitri chuckled at Jim's question, pulling out a chair towards the bed side before lazily slumping down on it. "There's alot of your 'human emotions' I apprently don't understand. But hey, maybe I'll learn a thing or two with you abooard?" he winked, watching as Jim began to eat. "My other 'pet' is still teaching me what 'affection' really is. The kind that doens't invole violence and death I mean," I added thoughtfully. He glanced back at Jim at his next question, and gave a small shrugg. "Sure I can eat 'normal food', but it doeasn't really taste anything for me, and I don't need it either. I'll just do it for the heck of it sometimes."

Dimitri's expression turned blank at first, and just stared at Him in science for maybe three seconds, before he chuckled out in pure amusment. "Ah don't worry about that, he doesn't mind," he laughed, until his demeanor turns a little darker, the smirk on his face almost cruel for a moment. "And hey, I do actually owe you, so I'm free to call you whatever I want. But..." And then, the mood in suddenly lifted and he was back to being all happy and dandy again as if nothing just happens. "The nickname 'pet' doesn't fit you that well, so I'll think up something else," hummed to himself. Seein as Jim took a small break in his dinner, he casually race doubt a snatched a bit of meat from the plate, eyeing it with mild curiosity. "For about a century now," he answered Jim's other question. "Picked him up when he was a kid, younger than you are now, and decided that I'd prefer to keep him around rather than devouring him," he shrugged, throwing the piece of meat into his mouth. It held no taste whatsoever for him.
"So yeah, human souls is my 'food', and while I'm exellent at reading ancient symbols and runes, I don't see any reason to mark people with it," he snorted, giving Jim a funny look at that part. "I mean, i can if I want to, but for now I satisfied myself by just 'makring' your soul. You can't die now, unless I allow it," he smirked darkly. And then, his smirk fell, and replaced itself with a pout. "Yeah, that little 'green creature' is my true form. Don't rub it in kid."

Dimitri kept up his 'offended' look for a moment, even as Jim suddenly thought it neccesary to apologize. Oh dear, Sinbad would such a blast with this guy once they met. "Well aren't you a poltie little thing," he laughed, back to looking all happy and unbotherd. Sure, while he may not be what humans called 'proud' ove rhis original form, Dimitri wasn't one to really feel offended that eaisly by it. Slightly irked, yes, when they kept pointint that out to him, but nothing he'd stay upset over. "Aaaaanyways, how long has it been sicne you last slept in a real bed?" he then asked out of nowhere. And then the next second the 'man' wasn't there anymore, but intead that little 'green creature' they had just been talking about. "This pillow seems fuffly enough... " it mumbled a sit jumped down on it, bouncing up and down on the matress a few times, before jumping up and settlign down ontop of Jim's head. "You think some of that 'teeange angst' would rubb of on me if stayed up here long enugh~?" he chuckled.
