Vicious , manipulative don't ever trust him ! Loki is a really good liar and player and he'll do anything for had what he's want. He has no morals. He knows the notion of good or bad he just don't care . Confident , narcissistic , sarcastic. He respect nobody, since you show him you are the more stronger ! Provocative he like to see people fealure and breaking point. Fearless, when he play with his victim he can forgot to be prudent. Intelligent, charming he love the play of seduction. For some it is a shameless. He like had fun maybe he's infantil sometimes. He hate lost his time with of uninteresting person.

Aqua horse, the kelpie aren't has underestimated able to master the water, do some magic, shapeshifter they love turn into attractive human to charm their victims. Most of time they are one their horse form, drink water form lac. If human ride them, kelpies drown them. They are a real tentation for human (regardless of their form) and they have an insatiable appetite for human (flesh, sex, ect). The kelpie were forgotten sonce a long time ago. Captured one by one a lot let them die unable to bear captivity. (You can captured a Kelpie with a birch bridle or some magic artefact, and you need to never let them go in water again). Now Loki was once on the one of the last ( if not the last) of his species. He take habitude to be on his human form, even on the water.
