The Fox's Star (tag: Ariel)

Ariel had woken up when the memories of Miguel saving her came into her dream. She sat up slowly, pushing her hair out of her face as she made sure not to wake up James. Lavender eyes looked at her fiance as he slept. A soft smile formed on her lips before she looked out of the window and saw the moon. Even though Frollo was gone, the trauma she went through was still with her. She couldn't get the torture out of her mind. And all she could feel was Frollo's hands all around her. Even after everything she just couldn't shake it off. She would usually be able to go to bed after being woken up, but tonight she just couldn't.

Slowly Ariel got out of the bed and put her night robe on as she made her way out of the room. She went downstairs and got some water before she exited the house to be in the garden. Once she got outside she watched as the moon hit her skin showing her celestian marks on her arms for a brief moment before disappearing. She sighed and looked up at the moon. She wondered where Daemon was tonight, usually he would be here waiting for her, to train her, but tonight he was no where to be seen. Maybe that was for the best. But before she could think anymore of this she heard James' voice, causing her to wipe her eyes to look at him when he came in front of her. "Y-yeah, I was just thinking, sorry.." She said before she wiped her eyes once more before making a little sound that told him she was crying.

Ariel immediately went into James' arms when he told her to. Her eyes closed as she hugged him close to her as he spoke to her. "None of this was your fault, stop apologizing." She whispered. She wanted him to stop saying sorry to her when none of this was his fault. It was his father's fault, not his. Her hug tightened as she started to hear his heart beat. wanting to hear it more. She only loosened her grip when she felt him kiss her head before pulling back. But when he told her to stop crying cause he couldn't bear it she lifted her head to look at him. Lavender eyes met his green eyes as she watched his arms fall to his side. At his expression Ariel felt something take over her.

Her Lavender eyes turned into a slight green as she took a step forward and took his cheeks in her hands. The symbols of the Celestians appeared on her hands as she gave him a gentle smile. And in that instant she started to heal him from the grief he was feeling. "I'm alright, James.. I'm happy." She whispered as she moved one hand through his hair, "And we're finally free. I'm crying because all of this pain is over now.. I can finally feel your touch on my skin. Something that kept me fighting.. The thought of how I could be in your arms one more time kept me alive. I may still be in pain and I can't forget the hands that touched me.." She whispered before she trailed off.

Ariel got closer to him and gently brought his lips closer to hers as she kept her gaze on his eyes. "I love you, and I know you can make me forget all about that," She whispered as her lips brushed against his, "So please take the nightmare out of my head forever, please.. I want your touch." She whispered before she kissed him.

Ariel wrapped her arms around his neck when he lifted her up into his arms. As she did this her hair followed behind her, a few strands falling in front of her face. After her transformation not only did she receive the mark of the celestian and lavenders eyes, but her hair was a lighter blonde and it moved as if wind went through it every time she moved. Not to mention it was longer. It was now passed her butt. But she made sure it stayed only that long. Lavender eyes looked up at James' as she smiled at him before kissing him once more before he brought her into their room.
