"Please...please I beg you! Leave my family alone!" An older man begged as he stared up at Joseph. Joseph smirked, "You asked for this old man." Joey snapped before he kicked the man in the chest and sent him sprawling to the floor in a heap. An older woman and her two younger daughters stared up at Joseph in fear as he approached them. It was clear that the man had been tortured and the older woman and her two daughters were clinging to one another as though this would protect them. Without a word, Joseph gripped one of the girls by her hair and hoisted her up to eye level and sneered down at her. The girl shook and cried in terror as she stared up at him with wide eyes. Unaffected by her fear, Joseph took out his knife and then slit her throat. He didn't even care as blood drenched him, merely smiled before throwing the girl's body on the ground. The older woman burst into tears and stared down at the girl's body as she clung to her second daughter with shaking hands.

Kayley rushed through the woods, carrying four large bags in her arms as her feet trudged through the dirt. Michael had thrown the bags at her only a few minutes earlier and told her to go find Joseph out in the woods. Why he needed these, she had no idea but considering the kind of work that the brother's did, she knew that she wouldn't like it. Even though she had begun to work for Joseph, she still didn't approve of it. She was lucky he didn't kill her for letting Jasmine go that night but if he had, she probably wouldn't have cared. Guilt still ate her up that she betrayed Jasmine like that and she hated that. Off in the distance, she heard a woman crying and she froze in place. She knew she was already late for meeting up with Joseph but curiosity tugged her in the direction of the cries. Her feet broke into a run until she burst through the bushes and skid to a stop at what she saw. An older woman was crying on the ground as her daughter clung to her and another man was off a few feet away. Then she saw Joseph, blood spilling down his shirt and she watched as he threw the body of another little girl to the side. Her whole body froze as she stared at the sight and she felt sick to her stomach. She felt herself make a little noise and when Joseph turned to look at her, she hugged the bags to her chest and looked down at the ground. So that was why Michael had given her these...they were for the bodies.

Joseph turned around with a feral smile to see Kayley standing there, she held the body bags close to her. It was clear she hadn't been prepared for what Joseph had been planning. Joseph brushed aside the minute concern for her at that moment, he wasn't going to be distracted from paying the man's dues. "Glad you could make it little spitfire." Joseph said in Kayley's direction before he turned his attention back to the woman cowering on the ground. "Now which one of you should I take care of next? How about you?" He asked mockingly to the mother of the bunch, who gave a little cry of desperation. "Help us!" She shouted to Kayley with tears streaming down her face. Joseph laughed, "Oh I don't think she will...you see she works for me. In fact she's going to kill your lovely little daughter." He said with a dark smile down at the little girl who cowered on the ground next to her mother.

Kayley looked up as Joseph addressed her and she slowly took a few steps towards him and tossed the bags onto the ground next to his feet. When the woman cried out for help, she flinched and stared down at the woman with wide eyes before forcing her gaze away. She wasn't sure she would ever get used to this but she would have to. Though when Joseph mentioned that she would be the one killing the little girl, Kayley's gaze flew up to his and she bit her bottom lip. How did he expect her to kill someone, much less a child? She had never hurt anyone in her life until Joseph had showed up. The only time she would hurt someone was if she was threatened and now she had to take a life. She took a deep breath and when the woman cried at her again, her hand raised up to silence her and she stared at Joseph. "I don't know the first thing about killing someone..much less a child." Kayley kept her body steady, refusing to let it shake before him. If she was going to uphold her end of the bargain, she'd have to do as he said but killing someone...she didn't even know where to begin.

Joseph chuckled and flipped the dagger over in his hands, "Oh it's easy, in fact I'll show you how it's done." He said before he held out the dagger for Kayley to take, although she didn't have much of a choice and she knew it. "I'll show you where to really make someone hurt, in fact we'll use the mother as a demonstration." He said and pulled the older woman up on her feet and held her against him, before he pulled out another dagger. "Now I do hope you're paying close attention, the vein right here." And then he indicated the woman's bare neck with his knife. "Is the fastest way of how to kill someone, it's messy but effective." He said and proceeded to lightly run the knife along her neck in the motion needed to kill her. "Of course when you actually do that, you'll need to drag the knife in deeper. That way she'll actually die." He said with a roll of his eyes. "The second way of how to do it is to stab the aorta, also bloody but it's a slower death depending on how deep you thrust the knife in." He said and held the knife exactly where the aorta was located. "Now I want you to show me what I just showed you." He said and thrust the crying woman towards Kayley.

Kayley reached up and took the dagger in her hands, her fingertips tracing against the leather on the handle. She kept her eyes focused on his movements, ignoring the sobs coming from the woman he held to his chest. Her eyes followed Joseph's movements, memorizing the exact spots that pinpointed on her skin. She barely had time to react when he thrust the woman towards her. Her arm wrapped around the woman, pulling her into her body like he had. Had this happened before she started her training, she would have crumbled to a heap on the ground but her muscles had built up much more than they ever had at the farm. The woman struggled beneath her grasp but her hand tightened around her until she could barely move. Kayley ran her thumb over the handle of the dagger before lifting it up to the woman's neck. She moved the dagger over the skin, hovering just slightly as to not touch it. Her movements demonstrated the first move just as he had shown her before moving on to the second, pointing out the aorta like he had. Once she was finished, Kayley shoved the woman back towards him and lowered the dagger back down to her side.

Joseph watched her critically to make sure that she got the moves down just right. "Very good, you catch on quick." He said with some admiration. He noted that she was able to hold onto the woman tight enough to keep her from escaping. It seemed that someone had been training her how to fight. A question he'd have to follow up at some point, but for now he'd let it go. He caught the woman as Kayley pushed her back towards him and he used the knife in his hand to dig it into her aorta. The woman gasped in pain and then crumpled to the ground, bleeding out. The little girl cried out in horror as she stared down at her dying mother. Her father wept on the ground, unable to move due to the broken limbs that Joseph had given him. "Now that you know where you're supposed to kill, kill the girl." Joseph ordered as he cleaned his blade off on the woman's dress and looked up at Kayley with a warning look in his eyes.

Kayley felt her body flinch when he dug the dagger into the woman's aorta, watching as she bled out onto the ground. At Joseph's order, she felt herself hesitate for a moment but as soon as she saw the warning in his eyes, her grip tightened around the handle of the dagger. She turned towards the girl and gripped her by the arm, pulling her up just slightly. Her back was facing Joseph so he couldn't see the sadness in her face as she stared down at the girl. She gave the young girl an apologetic look before she brought the dagger up to her neck and sliced across in one swift motion, giving the girl a quick death. Blood splattered across the front of her clothes and she did her best to ignore the smell of iron that hit her nose. Once she was sure the girl was dead, she let go of her arm and dropped her to the ground. She turned to Joseph, cleaning the dagger against the bottom of her shirt before she looked up at him and handed the dagger back.

Joseph watched as Kayley grabbed the girl, pulling her towards her before facing away from him no doubt so he wouldn't see her expression. However she did her job and the girl's dying scream was silenced as Kayley slit her throat quickly and efficiently. "Not bad...you're picking up on everything that I've taught you so far." Joseph admitted with a raised eyebrow. He honestly hadn't been expecting Kayley to go through with it, or to at least have put up some kind of argument before doing it. He took his now cleaned off knife from Kayley and flipped it in his hand before before turning to look at the man who was sobbing on the ground looking more pathetic then he had when Joseph had started torturing him. "Well Mr. Green I did warn you." Joseph said, not sounding at all apologetic as he approached the man with a confidant sway in his step. "You should have known when to pay your dues." He added as he crouched down at Mr. Green's side.

Kayley merely nodded at Joseph's words and glanced down to the ground. Her eyes caught sight of the blood on her clothes and her stomach churned, making her feel sick. She had never killed anyone before but now that she had, it gave her a bad feeling. The sight of the man sobbing into the ground made her feel even worse but she pushed it all away. If she focused on how this whole situation made her feel, she would have passed out from the sight of the blood but she refused to appear weak before him. She crossed her arms and stepped back, leaning carefully against a tree as she watched Joseph. He really was terrifying...She had almost forgotten how much he scared her and yet somehow she knew she was developing feelings for him.

Joseph glanced over and saw Kayley staring at the blood staining her clothes, it was clear she wasn't used to the sight of the blood. A reaction that was normal for most people, unless it was him or Michael...he liked the feeling of warm blood running down his arms. It made him feel alive but he knew that most people would think he was crazy, and some people would be right for thinking that way. "Fuck....you." Mr. Green somehow managed to say, bringing Joseph's attention back to him. Joseph chuckled not at all bothered by his tone "I hoped you might say that." He said with a near crazy grin as he brought the knife down violently into Mr. Green's aorta, blood gushing from the wound. Joseph stood up, not at all affected by the blood that had splattered onto him and glanced over at Kayley. "Now you'll have to bury the bodies...I'll show you where but you can put those new muscles of yours to work." He said with a wink at her.

Kayley looked up as the man cursed at Joseph and she shook her head. It was not a smart move on his part and that was clear when Joseph stabbed him just like he had the woman. She watched as blood splattered all over the place and she bit her tongue. When Joseph turned to her, she picked up the bags from where she had dropped them earlier. At his words, she felt her body freeze for a moment before she straightened her back and glanced over at him. So he had noticed...She knew it probably wasn't smart to be training with his niece but Kayley really did feel much better about herself now that she could handle a fight. Her body had shown clear signs of a change as well, from her figure becoming even more fit than it was and her muscles were getting stronger. Kayley felt her cheeks blush when he winked at her and her heart sped up. There were times like that when she could almost see a different side of him and it made her crave him even more. She made her way over with the bags, kneeling down next to the bodies of the little girls first as she opened one up to get it ready. Her eyes glanced up at Joseph for a moment before she turned her attention back to her task. "So you noticed...you're not mad, are you?" She kept her eyes down on what she was doing, carefully moving the one of the bodies into the bag before her. The smell of iron hit her nose as she lifted the girl's head and more blood spilled out onto the ground momentarily.

Joseph watched Kayley tense at his comment, "Frankly I'm surprised you didn't tell me what you were up too." He said eventually, his eyes studying her as she bent to lift the girl into one of the bags. "However Lonette is a good instructor, she knows what she's doing and I know that she'll do a good job. Next time however I would like a heads up on what you're planning." He said eventually. He had noticed how much more fit she looked and he found that it made her only that much more pleasing in his eyes. He could admit that he was somewhat attracted to her but he wasn't entirely sure what his feelings for her were and that bothered him.

Kayley finished putting the little girl's into their bags before she looked up at him. She was surprised he wasn't upset about it but honestly, she was relieved. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you...I was just tired of being useless and I thought I'd try to surprise you." She took another bag and shoved the woman's body into it before she stood up, handing him the last bag as she motioning towards the man's body. "You can get that one, okay? Now where are we burying these?" Kayley pulled her hair back into a ponytail so it wouldn't be in her way. She noticed how he was looking at her and she couldn't help but know what he was thinking. The change in her figure gave the desired effect she was hoping for and that made her feel accomplished.

Joseph shrugged before he bent down and picked up the man's corpse with ease. He put him in the last body bag before he turned to look at Kayley. "There's a clearing not too far from here, that'll be just fine." He said as he hefted up the man's body bag and indicated that Kayley should follow him. "There's a shovel already there." He added over his shoulder as he walked. He made sure not to get too far ahead of her, knowing that she was unused to carrying bodies like he was. "You did a good job today....I'm impressed." He said after a moment as he glanced back at her.
