Nita stared out across the water, her hands loosely hung at her sides. In fact it seemed that she was carved from stone, she had been standing there for a long time. When Naveen had told her that she had lost the baby, she hadn't been able to hold back the tears. She had known of course that she was pregnant but it hadn't been very far along in her pregnancy and she had hoped that she had been wrong. At the same time however, deep down inside she had wanted to at least hold the baby once. She bit down on her bottom lip as she stared down at her stomach, the mark on her was cursed in more ways then one. No matter what she did, she would not be able to bear children. This had been so the sorcerer could release inside her without having to worry about consequences, she hadn't even had a choice in the matter. A single tear traveled down her face before she looked back up at the nearing sunset. Naveen would probably be getting worried as she had left early in the morning. He was so good to her, more then she deserved that was for damn sure. And she had feelings for him...she was sick for even admitting it. He would push her away if he so much as knew just what she felt for him. Their kiss was seared in her mind and the other morning when he had held her in his arms. It had felt so natural to her, Naveen hadn't even realized her reaction to him.
