Edward watched the scene quietly but couldn´t help it but to smile all the way. He was just so very proud of his beloved and enjoyed how she slowly lost her fear or rather at least started to trust the spirits. As he saw how her eyes sparkled once they were open again he just felt his heart skipping an extra beat, reminding him why and what he loved so much about the woman he wanted to spend his life together with as loving partners.

Everything was so beautiful under the water. The light from the sun, the sand and the fish swimming around. She wanted to see more of it. And the spirits understood and guided her and Edward a bit more to the deeper parts. And they even helped when she tried to swim with Edward by her side. It was difficult to begin with, but slowly she managed it in a bit.

Due his fascination Edward was close to let go of Marina and swim all by himself to explore the sea but of course he decided to stay close and give her himself to hold on. However things clearly started to get better and better and he was just so happy he could be of use for her and witness how she discovered the good sights of the sea.

At last Marina was able to relax and enjoy herself in the water and she was having fun. She was so happy that Edward was there to share it with her. Then they swam back to land and when the water was reaching their waists Marina hugged Edward and kissed him deeply. "Thank you Edward. Thank you so much!" Marina said joyfully. The spirits seemed to giggle at them when they kissed. "And thank you for helping me too," Marina said to the spirits. She reached her hands toward them. She was ready to obtain one of them now. One of the spirits came closer and when their hands touched, there was a glowing between them. A warm feeling spread in her body and she felt whole.

Once they could breath fresh air again Edward almost fell back into the water as Marina kissed him though luckily he could find his balance quick enough and kissed her back with all his love. "No need to thank me. For you I would do just everything." He told her honestly while he smiled at her gently.

The bonding was going wonderful and then it was complete. Marina was able to summon a another spirit and she had overcome her fear. Could anything be better?

Soon they got back to the beach and watched the spirits for a little longer. During this Edward held Marina close since they were completely soaked wet. Just when they said goodbye Edward then finally took all his bravery and courage together and took Marinas hand and kneed down in front of her while he nervously took out the little box and opene it to present her an engagement ring. "Marina I ... uhm ... wow in my practise this surely was easiert ... I ... well, Marina I know we don´t even know each other for a year but the time with you I just ... I just don´t want to miss and being withough you I just can´t immagina anymore. So would you ... would you do me the honor and marry me my princess?"

Marina felt so much better now, she was at peace. Then the spirits parted way, but she was able to summon them whenever she wished. She then felt Edwards hand in hers and he kneed down in front of her. "Edward?" she said almost confused and then she saw the box and the ring. Her free hand reached to her lips and tears rand down her face, but this was happy tears. She had missed him a lot when he returned back to Maghden that she almost got sick. "Yes," she said happy. "Yes I will!"

Obviously relieved as never before Edward put the ring on Marinas hand with his own shaky hands as he still feared this could be just his immagination or she would turn him down the next minute. "I´m glad. You just made me the happiest man all over the world my love."

It was almost so Marina couldn't believe it, but when the ring was on her finger she knew it was for real. Happy she threw herself in his arms and he swung her in the air. She felt so happy.
