Joseph studied her with some concern as she slowly got up. "Uh huh...well that definitely explains a lot." He said carefully as he watched her start to lean a little to the side. "Why don't you sit back down?" He asked as he took another drink, ready to intervene if needed. Joey never would have suspected that Kayley was such a lightweight. Then again he wasn't sure why he was so surprised. After all Kayley was much younger then him...young enough to be his daughter. He grimaced at that realization, he really didn't like it when he was reminded of his age.

Kayley pouted at his words and waved him off. "Shh, I'm fine. You need to relax mr. bossy-pants." She teased him and ran her fingers through her hair, trying to fix her ponytail. The buzz in the back of her head made it hard for her to think straight and the feeling was starting to make her tired. She dropped her hands back down to her sides, giving up and leaving her hair down around her shoulders. Her throat felt dry as her mouth craved for another drink and she made her way over to Joseph. After she took a few steps, she stumbled and fell forwards, landing right onto him. Her shoulders bumped into his chest and she gripped onto his arms to keep herself from tumbling to the floor.

Joseph raised an eyebrow at that, "You really are a light weight aren't you?" He asked and watched as she stumbled over towards him and then fell straight against him. His arms moved up and caught her on reflex, having to drop the bottle in the process. "Careful there doll." He said as he steadied her so she wouldn't face plant straight into the floor.

Kayley felt his arms wrap around her and her heart sped up. The bottle shattered as it hit the ground, the rest of Joseph's beer spilling all over the floor. Her cheeks flushed red as he looked up into his eyes. "I-I'm so sorry, I.." Her words slowed to a stop as her hand ran over his chest, feeling the muscles underneath as they mesmerized her. She bit her bottom lip and dropped her gaze from his and looked down towards the floor.

Joseph tensed as he felt her hands travel along his upper chest muscles, "Don't worry about it." He said tersely. He was having serious problems with trying not to do something stupid like throwing her up against the wall. Any other woman he would have done that too no problem....but for some reason he felt different with Kayley. "I think maybe we should get you in bed ok?" He said as he moved to get her in a standing position.

Kayley could feel his muscles tense and she held onto him as he helped her stand up. She could feel exhaustion creeping up on her but she didn't want to give in. Tonight, she was seeing a whole new side to him. Of course in the morning, she might not remember this side of him, if she remembered anything at all. At the mention of getting her to bed, Kayley couldn't help the smile that crept onto her lips. The idea of bed was starting to sounds pretty appealing and maybe she could convince him to stay with her tonight.
Once they made it to the bedroom, she balanced herself against the wall so he could get the bed ready. While he did that, she started to strip out of her clothes and only left on her undergarments. In her mind, she was just doing whatever she did at home when it was time for bed but she knew Joseph would make fun of her for it in the morning. Closing the distance between them, Kayley gently pushed on his chest until he sat down on the edge of the bed and she smiled down at him. "Stay with me tonight..."
Kayley brought her body close to his, balancing her body on top of his as she leaned her face down towards his. Her eyes focused on his lips as she moved closer to him. Just before they would touch, her whole world went black and her grip on his shoulders tightened before her whole body went limp. She clung to him even after she had passed out, her body enjoying the warmth that he was giving off to her.

Joseph raised an eyebrow at the very drunk Kayley as she led him towards the bedroom. He was equal parts amused and surprised, when Kayley got drunk she definitely became a different person. He became even more surprised when she started stripping down to her underwear. Her shirt landed on his head and he only avoided her pants with sheer determination. As he brushed the shirt off of him with an annoyed look, Joseph looked up in time to see Kayley walk towards him. If it wasn't for the fact that she was drunk off of her ass, he might have enjoyed the sight. His eyebrow went up as she pushed him down on the bed and straddled him. "I'm not so sure you'd like to see me in the morning." He said jokingly, tensing slightly as she leaned in to kiss him. He almost moved to kiss her but then Kayley slumped over him sound asleep. The irony hit him like a ton of bricks, "Typical." He muttered under his breath before he helped Kayley get under the covers. His hand smoothed the comforter and then lightly brushed against her cheek before he left the room.
