The door flung open and Kayley was thrown into her dungeon. Without waiting for her to get comfortable, Joseph strode up to her and grabbed her hand. Without saying a word, he took out the ring and slipped it on her finger. As soon as the spell settled over her, he stepped back and ran a hand down his face. "Feisty bitch." He muttered in a growl as he grabbed one of his beer bottles and opened it. After the night he had, he planned on getting wasted...the ring would do a good job of holding the fairy. His hands squeezed on the beer bottle, before he took stock of his injuries of which there were several. The worst was his arm, which had a nasty cut running down the side of it. He cursed and grabbed some bandages, the alcohol in his drink could be used to clean the wound. He didn't like the idea, waste of good liquor in his opinion. Yet he also didn't want to deal with an infection, which would almost certainly happen if he didn't treat it.

Kayley felt her body hit the ground with enough force that she couldn't move her body for a few moments. Every muscle in her body ached in a way that just made her want to break down into tears. She must have passed out on the way back to the house because the last thing she remembered was watching as she was being dragged away from Jasmine. Her heart caught in her throat as she though about Jasmine. Hopefully she was alright and Joseph didn't do anything to harm her in a permanent way. When she felt Joseph grab her hand, she tried to use the rest of her remaining strength to pull it away, knowing immediately what he was going to do. A small cry left her throat when she finally gave up and Joseph slipped the ring on her finger, rendering her completely useless. All she could do was lay there is a motionless state and try to prepare herself for what was to come.

Joseph moved over to the sink and poured the alcohol over it with a grimace, it stung like a sun of a bitch but he bore it. Once he had deemed it as clean as he could make it, he wrapped it over with a bandage and tied it off fastening it tight enough so it wouldn't slip off. The next was the burn mark on his pant leg, his leg hadn't been burned but his pant leg was as good as destroyed much to his displeasure. However he was slightly grateful that he wouldn't have to bandage his leg as he was sure he might have had to do that had he not managed to take down Kayley when he had.

Kayley watched Joseph as he bandaged his wounds and she couldn't help but feel a small sense of accomplishment. Even though Ariel had done most of the damage, she was glad that they could do something to hurt him. When he looked at his burned pants, she wanted to smile, but the ring kept her from it. She hadn't caused him pain, but it was an annoyance and that was something. Once she got tired of watching Joseph, she turned her attention to the pain she was feeling across her body. Nothing felt broken but she was sure she was covered in bruises of all sorts. Kayley could feel the cold stone of the floor through the rips in her clothes. Jasmine had given her such a beautiful dress and she didn't even have a chance to try it on. Now she would be stuck with her torn tunic and leggings until she died probably.

Joey finally finished taking care of his injuries, he had seen a whole lot worse in his day. He pulled out his trusty knife and spun it in his hands as he regarded his captive. It was becoming a much more tempting thought to just kill her and leave her body right next to her parents. She had given him quite the run around and he was exhausted. "I can't wait to sell you off." He said as he set the chair right in front of her. "It will give me so much pleasure to watch you be someone else's problem." He added with a snort.

Kayley felt waves of fear wash over her as he pulled up a chair next to her motionless body. She didn't want to be sold to some creepy buyer. She didn't want someone to have that much power over her and do whatever they wanted with her. Staying here was better than any of that, since at least then she may not have to be worried about being raped by her buyer. She hated not being able to move or speak. She was tempted to beg...beg to stay with him. Maybe if she could make a deal with him, she wouldn't have to be sold.

Joseph took another swig from his drink as he studied her, he could see the fear on her features and felt a little smirk show up on his face. "Such is the way of life isn't it?" He asked as he leaned back in his chair, he felt rather justified in how he was currently behaving at that moment and he was sure Kayley could see that. "Bet you're regretting all that running from earlier aren't you?" He asked with a little chuckle. Leaning over he clipped the handcuffs on over her wrists and then took off the ring. "There she is, my little fairy...hurts doesn't it?" He asked with a wide smile.

Kayley gasped when he took the ring off, her body adjusting to being able to move once again. She squeezed her eyes shut as she rolled onto her side, her face pressing against the cold ground and she groaned in pain. He really did do a number on her and now that she could move, her aches were amplified. After a few moments, she was able to slowly move herself up into a sitting position despite her hands being bound behind her back. "You made your point...I'm surprised you haven't killed me yet." She frowned and looked up at him, not even hiding the emotions from her eyes. He already knew she was terrified so what was the point in hiding it.

Joseph watched her reaction with an unreadable look, looking much like his twin brother in that moment. "You and me both then." He said sarcastically as he moved to sit back down. "So I suppose this is the part where you beg for mercy?" He asked as he began twirling his knife in his hands once again as he studied her with a raised eyebrow. Joey wasn't even entirely sure why he had bothered freeing her from the ring as it made things much simpler in some respects.

Kayley kept her gaze lowered and bit her bottom lip. "I know you won't listen though so I guess I'll skip that part..." Leaning her back against the wall, she ventured a look at him as a thought slipped into the back of her mind. She'd rather be stuck here with him than anywhere else. "But I do have a proposition for you...let me work with you. I can help you get more people like me to sell. You saw tonight, I already ran into two of them. I could help you." She chewed on her lip after she spoke, hoping that he would listen to her. Working for him would be better than fighting for the rest of her life.

Joseph bit out a laugh, "And what makes you think that I would be stupid enough to just let you walk out? What reason would you even have for holding up your end of the bargain?" He asked with sheer amusement. A part of him was curious however to see what exactly she would have to say in her defense of his admittedly good question. He knew Kayeley would run if she felt like she had too, she had done that earlier in the evening after all and he wouldn't put it past her to try it again.

Kayley sighed as she looked at him. "I can make you a deal..a fairy's deal. Once it's made, I can't break it but neither can you. I'll be bound to you so I can't run away. I'll go wherever and whenever you allow and if you don't, I can't leave this house. In return, all you have to do is promise not to sell me or give me to anyone else." Her heart pounded in her chest, knowing that if he accepted the deal, she would be his completely. She had heard of fairies making deals like this with humans to ensure their safety but she herself had never made one. She was too afraid. But now she needed it.

Joseph looked unamused, "If you what say is true and I'm not saying it is, what's the catch?" He asked. He knew there was always a catch to these kinds of things, and while he had heard of fairy deals he had a feeling he'd be reading up on them in the near future. Then again, Michael might have a better idea of just what he'd be signing up for since Michael always had been the better researcher.

Kayley frowned and shifted her position on the floor so she could be slightly more comfortable. "There won't be a catch this time, I promise. Just keep me safe and I am yours. That's it." Her eyes turned to a green color to show him that she was telling the truth. It didn't surprise her that he was questioning the deal, but in her mind, it wasn't that bad. If he agreed, she'd of course have to hold up her end of the bargain, but that's something she could get used to.

Joseph snorted, "Before I make any deals I'll be checking up on the authenticity of what it is that you're offering. If what you say is true then I might consider your offer." He said eventually. It sounded fair to him and her eyes had turned green a sure sign of truth with fairies but all the same, Joseph wanted to make sure he had the right deal. He had after all trusted a gypsy girl to give him a giant ruby once and look where that had landed him. The girl had run off never to be seen again and Joseph didn't even have the ruby as proof that she had even existed.
