Feeling eyes on him, Prince John turned to see his mother glaring daggers at him. He winced but knew what was expected of him and held out his hand for Princess Giselle to take. "May I have the pleasure of this dance?" He asked gently. He smiled as he took in the dress that she wore, it seemed she had taken her love for gardening into her dress. It made him wonder what else she liked and that hopefully the two could get along. His thoughts went to Sara but he forced himself to think of Giselle, maybe he would meet Sara. Maybe not it just depended on what happened during the night.

Phoebus gently squeezed her hand and gave her a low bow. "If you need anything tonight, come find me. It doesn't matter what, I'll be there." He hated that she had to deal with this all alone, but she was right. If he started hanging around again then more rumors would come up. "Be safe princess." With that, he turned and left the garden, leaving Odette alone in the darkness.
He made his way back into the ballroom, the light almost blinding compared to the darkness of the garden. HIs eyes caught sight of Jasmine across the room and he grabbed two glasses of wine as he made his way over to her. "You look gorgeous tonight." He slid up next to her side, his arm wrapping around her waist after handing her the glass. If he focused on her tonight, maybe his anger would cease and leave him in peace.

Odette watched Phoebus leave without an argument and sighed, she had been bluffing earlier. She didn't want to go back to the ballroom, yet she also knew that she couldn't stay out in the garden forever. She'd allow herself a few more minutes before she went back to face the crowd and act like her old self. Odette rubbed her arms and tried to focus on calming herself down. It wasn't easy for her, all she could think of was last night. Why was it so hard to forget it and move on with her life? Odette hated how hard this was for her, she could do this.

Loki saw the princess away for a certain time. She had the face of someone who have problem ... It's interessting, who can think a girl with an angelic face , and what is more a princess may have problems ? He smile, finished his drink before giving it to a servant. He come more closer to the young girl. "Excuse me Princess, sorry for bother you but you seems really pale, everything alrigth ?"

Odette was brought out of her thoughts as a young woman approached her. "Oh I'm fine thank you." She said demurely. She hardly was going to open up to a complete stranger, especially not with such news that could damage not only her reputation but her chances of being married. "I don't believe we've had the pleasure of being introduced. What's your name?" She asked curiously as she studied the woman in front of her.

She was startled out of her thoughts when she heard the Prince's voice. She smiled shyly, a blush spreading across her cheeks as she realised how silly she must have seemed to himself and his family.
'The pleasure would be mine,' she said with a curtsy before taking his hand in hers.

"I will," Megara replied to Phillip's question bluntly, looking at him with suspicion in her lilac eyes. She smiled politely and said no more, so they continued to dance in silence. As soon as the orchestra struck up the next dance, she bowed in a farewell curtsey and leaved, searching once more for her dearest friend Thumbelina and her lovely cousine Odette.

Miguels jaw dropped when he saw his lovely lady walking towards him. He stood right next to the enter motionless and wide-eyed. He had regained consciousness only after she greeted him. "Jane, you look gorgeous tonight," his face broke into a smile. A few seconds later he came to his senses and gave her a rose, he specifically bought for her. "Yesterday is in the past. We live here and now and this is the most important", he said and smiled again. Together, arm-in-arm, they entered the ballroom. The hall was full of people talking and dancing to the music. Speaking of music... "Will you give me your first dance?", Miguel smiled and held out his hand.

Jane smiled at Miguel, honestly touched by the gesture of giving her a rose as present. "Thank you Miguel, the rose is lovely and you don´t look to bad either." She replied right before her thoughts went all around the rose. Now just where could she put it without having to put it away or carry in her hands the whole night. In the end she quickly placed it in between her breasts so it looked like it was an accessoire of her dress. Luckily Miguel has been smart enough to deal with all the thorns before he gave the rose to her.
As they entered Jane was overwhelmed how goregeous the whole hall, not to mention the guests looked. When her parnter then asked her to dance she took his hand without hesitation. "Sure, I´d love to." However just when they reached the dancefloor Jane broke out in sweat. HOW DO HUMANS DANCE?!? "Uhm ... Miguel ... I think I just forgot to mention that I have no idea of your dances. Like ... at all."

Wendy had to smile at Fauna and Faline. It was plain to see that the two were close. It made Wendy wonder if she and her mother would have been like that, if she had known her. Who knew if she would ever find out who she really was. At least Alice's mother was affectionate towards her daughter, if a bit overprotective. That was something both parents shared: They wanted to make sure nothing happened to their only child. Wendy shared that same desire. If something happened to Alice, she didn't know what she'd do.
"Nice to meet you too," Alice said with a smile in response to Faline's greeting. "Do you guys live around here? I don't think I've seen you before." Then again, Alice didn't know a whole lot of people, but she felt like she might as well ask. Maybe Faline and her mother were visiting from a neighboring kingdom. That would be pretty interesting. "Seems like everyone's a stranger here. But hey, that means more people to meet and more friends for us to make. Right Wendy?" She glanced at her friend, who didn't seem to be paying attention to the conversation. Alice sighed. It looked like Wendy was getting lost in her thoughts again.
"Hello? Earth to Wendy?" Alice said as she waved her hand up and down in front of her friend's face. That snapped Wendy out of whatever she was thinking about.
"Sorry. Just...thinking too much," Wendy said.
"Aren't you always?" Alice said with another smile.

For a moment Faline kept quiet thought kept on with her friendly smile. How much could she tell them? They sure were just normal children like her but still she didn´t want to worry or even anger her mother by telling to much and maybe putting them at risk. "That´s probably because we are pretty new to the city. Actually I even had to beg my mother that I could come with her tonight-" She answered with a chuckle before she continued."However if we stay or not I sadly can´t tell yet but I sure would love to see you again and spend time with you!"
