Kayley stood outside of the safe house, her arms wrapped around her body as a cold chill flew through the land. Odette had finally fallen asleep and she felt bad just sitting there, staring at the princess. After all, she still wasn't quite sure as to why Michael and Joseph kidnapped her in the first place. She stood on the steps of the porch, just staring up at the moon as she sorted through her thoughts. Small memories of her night with Joseph flashed through her mind. It was still hard for her to believe how foolish she had acted. Getting almost completely naked in front of him and practically throwing herself at him. She groaned in frustration and buried her face in her hands. Why had she acted that way? Yes, she was drunk but even then, she should have had more control over her actions. She jumped when she heard the front door open but she didn't bother to look who it was, knowing immediately that it was Joseph. Her heartbeat sped up and the wrapped her arms around herself once more. "I'm not running away again...if that's why you came out here." Kayley didn't look at him as she spoke, keeping her eyes glued to the moon. Every time she looked at him, something inside of her just drove her crazy. Why she was so attracted to him, she would never know. "Have you thought more about our deal?" She stole a glance over in his direction, biting her bottom lip lightly as she awaited his response.

Joey couldn't help but smile at Kayley as he walked out onto the porch. "I have a feeling, running is the last thing on your mind right now." He said with a little wink at her. At her other question, he nodded "I have and I talked to Michael. He did mention that the deal had a unique pact if you will." He said with a little chuckle. "You know if you had wanted to kiss me so bad, you could have just asked. Although the other night...." He trailed off, letting Kayley assume what she would from that sentence. He knew it was mean of him to tease her like this but it was slightly amusing to see her blush.

Kayley felt her cheeks flame at his words and she looked at him, her lips in the form of a pout. "Who says that's what I want? It's just part of the deal..." When he mentioned the other night, she felt her heart pound and she had to look away from him. A part of her wished that she had been sober enough to remember everything and maybe have even kissed him for real, but then another part of her was glad that she didn't. She had done a lot of stupid stuff that night, stuff that she was sure Joseph would hold against her for a very long time. The last thing she needed was to be worried about her attraction to him. "If you're going to take it then hurry up and get it over with. I don't like waiting..."

Joey chuckled as he saw her face brighten from blushing. "Call it a good guess." He said as he studied her out of the corner of his eye. At her other words he nodded before he moved forward and pulled her towards him. "Does this feel familiar?" He asked as he stared down at her. Her body was flush against his own and he couldn't help but enjoy the feeling a little. Without waiting for her to say anything else, he leaned down and captured her lips with his own. His arms slid down to her waist as he held her against him, enjoying the taste of her lips. One of his hands moved up and buried in her hair as he deepened the kiss just slightly.

Kayley felt her muscles tense as Joseph pulled her body into his. Before she could say anything, his lips captured her and her eyes widened. At first, she wasn't sure what to do but her body seemed to take over. Her eyes fluttered closed as she began to kiss him back, her hand gripping his shirt on his chest. A faint glow started to emanate from her body, the light getting stronger and stronger as they kissed. Her heart pounded in her ears and his arms slid around her waist and then up into her hair. She pressed her body closer to his and her hands traveled up and wrapped around his neck, one hand running up into his hair. There was no doubt in her mind that he could feel every beat of her heart, every throb that went through her body. A warm feeling spread through her as the light completely enveloped her and then passed into Joseph. Her knees felt like they could give out at any moment, but she held her ground. Once the magic had been shared between the two of them, Kayley was forced to pull back as she gasped for air. Her hands gripped onto Joseph so she wouldn't fall to her knees. It took her a moment to regain her bearings and she shyly looked up at him with their bodies still pressed together, her face a burning red. "Now I am yours..."

He enjoyed the feeling of her against him for a little while longer before the magic hit. As soon as it passed into him, he pulled back and stared down at Kayley. She looked a little flustered and at her words he smirked. "Yes you are." He said before he pecked her lightly on the lips once again. Pulling away, he winked down at her and walked back inside. A part of him was tempted to keep kissing her but he resisted, partly so he could enjoy seeing her squirm. And partly because he wanted her to be the one who wanted it. It would be a change for him as he normally took what he wanted, no questions asked. Yet here he wanted it to be decision and not his.

Kayley wasn't prepared when he leaned down and kissed her one extra time before he turned to leave. Once he was gone, she stood in the darkness in a frozen state. Her hand slowly went up to her mouth, lightly touching the corners as she remembered the feeling of his lips against hers. That had been her first kiss. A shiver went down her spine as a cold chill flew past her, despite the warmth she had just felt from him. After a few moments, she scurried inside to the warmth of the house. Once inside, she glanced over at Joseph where he sat and she lightly tugged at the bottom of her tunic, unsure of what to do with herself. Now she belonged to him and him only. She stayed a fair distance away from him and kept her gaze cast down to the floor. "S-so...now what do we do?"

Joseph looked over at Kayley as she re entered the house and smiled. "Well I'm so glad you asked, I was thinking of having you lure in that girl you met earlier. The one whose house you were at a few nights ago." He continued as he leaned back in his chair. "I hope you're ready to follow up on your end of our deal." He said as he smiled at her almost fondly. It was a test of sorts to see just how willing she was to actually follow through with her end of the bargain.

Kayley jumped at what he asked her to do, her eyes widening. She had to help him catch Jasmine...In her head, she silently cursed herself for making the deal. Now she had to betray one of the only people that had ever helped her. After a few moments, she nodded and knelt next to his chair. "How am I supposed to lure her out again? She'll know you're coming.." Jasmine was smart and it wouldn't be easy for her to do this. But she had made a bargain and if she didn't uphold her end, her protection would be lost.

Joseph smirked, "Oh I'm sure you'll think of something. If you want a hint though, appeal to her good nature. Play the sympathy card if you have too, keep her occupied long enough..." He trailed off so she could fill in the blanks. "Then I'll know that you're actually serious about what this business entails. While you're working for me, you won't be able to have friends. At least not of the supernatural or fantasy variety, I'm sure you understand." He said as he moved to pour himself a drink. He knew he was being harsh with his words. Yet he was being honest, brutally honest yes.

Kayley nodded and looked down at her hands. She knew he was right. Besides, now that she belonged to him, she had an odd sensation to please him. She wasn't quite sure why though. After a few moments, she stood up and placed a gentle kiss on his cheek. "Meet me by the river in about twenty minutes. I'll have her there." She turned to leave, her heart dropping into her stomach. Surely Jasmine would understand why she was doing this.
Kayley made her way into the woods, keeping an eye out for anything out of the ordinary. She had stopped by Jasmine's home and slipped a note under her door asking her to meet her at the river. She still felt guilty for this but she pushed that feeling aside. The magic inside of her made her only priority to please Joseph and their deal. "Play the sympathy card if you have to." She sat down on a log near the river and waited for Jasmine to arrive. After a few moments, she realized that she had mended her clothes and that if she needed Jasmine to fall for this, she'd have to fix that. Within a few minutes, Kayley had ripped new holes in her clothing and gotten it dirty once again so it looked like she had just run away.

Joseph smirked as she leaned over to kiss his cheek, "I'm looking forward too it." He said as he watched her leave, his gaze dropping to another fine asset of hers. He grabbed the magic ring he'd need, along with a pair of handcuffs and a few sharp knives that he kept buried on his person. Michael could keep an eye on the Princess while they were gone and then he'd take Jasmine to a different safe house away from the Princess. -- Jasmine slipped into a simple blue dress before she braided her hair away from her face. She had received a note from Kayley earlier on saying to meet her at the river. In a satchel, she put in the dress and cloak that she had originally planned on giving Kayley earlier on. While she was thinking of it, she put in a loaf of home made bread and some cheese. Before she could forget, she made a note to Phoebus saying that she would probably be gone for awhile. Jasmine knew she should mention where she was going but she didn't want him to worry. She slipped the note on the table in a place where he could easily see it. Then she turned and made her way out of her house and towards the river. As she went, she wondered if she was making a mistake by not being honest with Phoebus. She brushed those thoughts out of her head when she saw Kayley up ahead. Her clothes were still torn but some were in new places. "Hey, I got your message." Jasmine said as she moved to join her. "I hope you don't mind but I got you that dress I was planning to give you earlier." She said and held out the satchel for Kayley to take.

Kayley jumped when she heard footsteps a few feet away from her and she whipped around to see Jasmine. Her heart sank down into her stomach. She hated doing this to Jasmine, but there was no way out of it. She had given herself to Joseph and there was no turning back. Jasmine's words barely registered and Kayley was drawn out of her thoughts when Jasmine handed her the satchel. "Oh, th-thank you. You didn't have to, really." Her shaky hands reached out and grabbed the satchel, the whole thing almost falling out of her hands before she clutched it to her stomach to keep it from leaving her. Kayley realized that how she was acting could lead Jasmine to suspecting that something was up. She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down, making sure to keep her eyes glued onto Jasmine instead of moving about, hoping to spot Joseph. "Will you sit with me for a bit? I don't really like being out here alone..." Her gaze dropped to her hands before she moved to sit back down on her log.

Jasmine's eyes narrowed slightly at Kayley's behavior. "Are you all right?" She asked as she moved to sit next to her. Kayley was acting rather strange, but it could be because of her nerves. "Has that man hurt you?" She asked quietly as she studied Kayley for any injuries that she might have. So far she couldn't see anything more recent, but that didn't really mean much. Unknown to her, Joseph was coming up from behind her quiet as a snake. "I thought for sure that you-" Whatever else she was about to say was lost as Joseph grabbed her behind and put her in a headlock. His hand moved and pushed the magic ring onto her finger, ensuring that Jasmine was no longer able to move or do anything.

Kayley shook her head and put on a smile. "I'm fine, really. I'm just glad to be away." Her eyes darted behind Jasmine momentarily when she realized Joseph was already moving in. She held her breath as Jasmine continued to speak, her body not even moving when Joseph captured the woman and slipped the ring onto her finger. Once he was finished and Jasmine was no longer able to do much of anything, she released her breath and stood up. "That was easier than I thought.." Her gaze moved to Joseph as she tried to hide her shaking hands behind her back. She didn't want to seem weak in front of him, but the fact that her first job would be someone she knew made her feel even worse.
