Nita woke up feeling a little light headed and winced, her lower body felt wet. She bit down on her bottom lip and shakily lit a candle next to her just to make sure she hadn't wet the bed or something far worse. Once the candle was lit and she took in the sight, she knew immediately what had happened and then the contractions hit. Naveen was still asleep next to her so he was completely unaware of what was going on. A little whimper escaped her from the contractions, the babies were finally coming...they were a few weeks early and she prayed that she'd be able to make it. "Naveen...wake up." She whispered as she started shaking him urgently. A sudden cry escaped her then as one of the contractions was particularly painful. Her hand gripped Naveen a little more tightly due to the pain and she could barely think past it. She tried sitting up but her body had other plans and she laid there instead hoping that she'd be able to get her mind off of the pain.

Naveen shifted a bit as he heard Nita whisper his name but his body wasn't ready to wake up yet. "Five more minutes Nita...you promised." He had gone to bed so late last night..all he wanted to do was sleep in. Though when her hand gripped him tightly, he jerked and sat up. "Nita, what? What's wrong?" He rubbed his eyes as he adjusted to the light and then he heard her cry out in pain. His body flipped so he was facing her and his eyes widened when he saw the bed was wet and her hands were holding her stomach. A sudden realization hit him and he cursed. "Oh shit! Now!? But you still had a few weeks left!" Naveen scrambled out of the bed and threw open the curtains but cursed when he realized it was still dark outside. They'd have to do this by firelight and that really wasn't the way he was planning on doing it. "Chel! Get in here!!" He ran over to the linen closet and grabbed every blanket and sheet he could find. Aurora had told him a little bit of what he should expect but now that the time was actually here, he was blanking. Naveen spun on his heels but caught on some of the fabric and he fell face first into the ground, landing in a pile of blankets. He grunted, pushing himself up and tugged them all back in his arms. "Aurora!!" Naveen scrambled over to the bed, praying that she would show up soon. He had no clue what to do.

Nita tried to laugh, "I'm sorry Naveen, I know you need your sleep." She said gently as she watched him slowly understand what was going on. "The children are arriving." She said with a pained smile when Naveen whirled around to look at her though he quickly seemed to catch on to that fact. She watched as he fumbled around in the dark trying to figure out what to do, he was so adorable. A little laugh escaped her when he face planted onto some blankets, "It's ok Naveen, I'm sure things are going to be ok." She said as soothingly as she could. Aurora appeared just then looking more then a little tired but she quickly took in the scene and started to look more awake. "Naveen, could you heat up some water please?" She asked as calmly as the situation allowed while she moved towards Nita's side. Her hands moved towards her stomach and she frowned as a warm pulse of light lit up the area. "Ok Nita, it looks like one of the twins is upside down." She said eventually, Nita's blood ran cold at that declaration. She knew exactly what kinds of risks could occur if that baby wasn't born soon. "Don't worry we're going to get her out as soon as we can." Aurora said gently and moved to help Nita sit up with pillows. Chel wandered in sleepily but that disappeared when she saw what was going on. "Mom? Oh my...do you need any help Aurora?" She asked as she hurried forward. Aurora nodded, "I'm going to need you to help soothe the pain that she's going to be going through. I'll also need you to keep an eye on the baby and let me know if anything changes." She said firmly as she helped Nita take off her underwear so Nita would be better able to give birth.

Naveen let out a relieved sigh when Aurora showed up and she immediately took charge. When she told him to heat up some water, he nodded and darted into the bathroom. He lit the heater and filled a large pot with water so it could heat up. As that started to heat up, he moved back out into the bedroom and light the fireplace and then a handful of candles around the room until they could see clearly. He heard Aurora say something about the baby and his heart pounded. What if something went wrong? He was useless in this situation. All he could do was wander around hoping that he was doing at least one thing right. Naveen heard the water finish heating in the bathroom and he turned o the heater before carefully taking it back out to Aurora.
Nero wandered into the room shortly after Chel and froze in the doorway while Naveen bolted back and forth through the room. He immediately knew that Nita was going into labor and he rushed over towards Chel's side. A part of him hoped that no one would notice his sudden appearance. He had spent the night with Chel last night but Naveen still didn't know about their relationship so Nita and Chel had been keeping it a secret. When he heard Auroa tell Chel what to do, he showed up behind her. "I'll take care of her pain. Chel, just make sure nothing goes wrong. Don't forget the water from the grotto just in case we need it." He said softly, making sure that Chel stayed calm.

Nita looked over at Nero as he suddenly appeared, she was fairly sure he had spent the night with Chel. More then sure when she saw the look Chel gave him as he moved to her side. She bit down on her bottom lip as another contraction hit, "Ok Nita I need you to push." Aurora said as she moved to look up at Nita. Nita took a breath and then began to push, she could feel one of the twins start to move. She was so caught up in what she was doing she didn't notice the blood start to trickle down her thigh. Aurora noticed and her lips tightened into a thin white line, "Take a deep breath Nita, you're doing really good." She said encouragingly even as the blood started to trickle even more. She glanced over at Chel and indicated for her to get some towels to put under her. Chel did so but she froze when she saw the blood, realizing that she was staring she hurried to put the towels down. Nita let out another cry as she pushed again, the motion causing more blood to flow. "We need the water." Chel muttered to Nero as she saw how much blood Nita was losing, she'd have to change the towels soon at this rate.

Naveen's eyes widened when he saw the blood trickling down her legs and he froze. She had barely just started and had already lost so much blood. That wasn't normal. He shook his head, realizing that if Nita saw him looking so terrified that she would be worried. Naveen moved over to her side of the bed and knelt down, taking her hand in his. He let her squeeze it as hard as she needed to. "You're doing great Nita." His body leaned down a bit and he kissed her softly in between contractions. Though he heard Chel mention some sort of water and he looked up, seeing Nero nod and then disappear into the hallway. "Chel, what is he doing?" Before Chel could answer him, Nero had come back in carrying a bag and set it down next to them. He reached in and pulled out a bottle and held it to Nita's lips. "This will help Nita, but I need you to drink it all." Nero held the bottle to her lips but it took her a while. Each contraction made it hard for her to keep her focus on them but if she didn't drink the water, she would bleed out. He didn't know if one bottle would be enough or if they would have to use it all. Naveen would have questions and he knew that but if it would help Nita make it through the delivery, they could handle them afterwards.

Nita felt a little dizzy but she needed to stay conscious, she knew that. Her eyes landed on Naveen as he moved towards her side, and she gave him a soft smile. "I'm glad you're with me." She whispered, smiling as he leaned over to kiss her in between contractions. Her eyes moved over to Nero as he walked back in carrying a bag that held the bottles of water. She looked up at Nero as he held out a glass for her to drink, and then nodded. Drinking the entire bottle was difficult as the contractions were starting to become more frequent. Aurora looked up then, "Ok I can see her feet, Nita you need to push as hard as you can." She urged, Nita gripped Naveen's hand as she pushed. There was a pause and then Aurora spoke up, "I'm going to need a knife." She said looking over as Chel handed her one. Aurora cut the umbilical cord and tied it off as the baby girl started to cry. Nita's eyes widened when she heard that sound, "Is that our daughter?" She asked as Aurora wrapped the girl in a blanket before handing her over to Naveen. Chel moved to change the towels under Nita as she noticed that the blood flow had slightly increased during that birth. "Just one more Nita, you're doing really well." Aurora said encouragingly taking Nita's attention as she focused on the boy next.

Naveen held her hand as she squeezed his but the moment he heard the first baby cry, tears sprang to his eyes. He looked up wide-eyed when Aurora turned to him, the baby in her arms. It took him a moment to even move but he released Nita's hand and took the child from Aurora. The girl cried in his arms for a moment before calming down and instantly falling asleep. "She's here Nita...she here." He whispered and a tear fell from his eye. This was his daughter. He could tell. She had been the one that always tried to get his attention, always kicked him, and here she was in his arm. Naveen knelt down next to the bed, letting Nita look at her for a moment before Aurora tried to get her attention again. He took her hand in his again and nodded. "You can do it Nita..one more." He kissed her and gave her hand a gentle squeeze.
Nero looked down, noticing Chel's reaction. Nita was still losing blood and fast. He reached down and grabbed another bottle of water. "I need you to drink another one Nita...just to be safe. You're doing great." He held it to her lips as he helped her. Nero ran his hand over her body, sending a pulse of energy to help ease her pain just a bit.

Nita's breath caught as she finally saw her and Naveen's daughter. She was so beautiful, tears fell down her face as she stared down at the baby nestled in his arms. Oh she wanted to hold her, but she still had one more twin left inside her. Nero caught her attention with another bottle of water and she drank it in between contractions. Her body was beginning to feel weak but she kept pushing until at last Aurora asked for the knife again and held up a beautiful baby boy after she snipped the cord. She passed the boy over to Nero before she worked on taking care of Nita. "Nita, I need you to stay awake ok?" She asked with concern as she pressed her hands on Nita's stomach trying to heal the damage that had been left by Ruby. Chel joined her after a moment, when she could see Aurora having problems. The blood flow was slowly letting up but Nita was becoming more then a little pale. "Are the children ok?" Nita asked, her voice weak and tired. Aurora nodded, "Yes they're fine, you just need to stay awake ok?" She asked gently.

Naveen let out a relieved sigh as the boy was born and watched as Aurora handed it to Nero. Nero hesitated for a moment, not sure if Nita would want him taking the child first but she was so exhausted...He took the child from Aurora and took a step back as they began to heal Nita. His fingers hushed the screaming child and he slowly rocked him. Once the boy settled down, he shifted closer to Nita and took her other hand. He placed a gentle kiss on the back of her hand, sending a healing energy through her to help Aurora and Chel. Naveen brushed the hair out of Nita's face and gave her a gentle smile. "You were wonderful sweetheart..stay with me okay? We'll get you and the children cleaned up and it'll be over. Just talk to me. Tell me anything." He whispered next to her, trying to keep her attention. Her skin was paling fast and she was starting to get cold but with three people healing her...she had to pull through...she had to.

Nita's eyes landed on the boy in Nero's arms, "I can't wait to hold him." She whispered as he pressed a gentle kiss on the back of her hand. Her eyes moved back to Naveen and she smiled even wider to see him holding their daughter in his arms. "We need to come up with names...what name would you like to give her?" She asked gently as she took in the sight of their daughter. It was hard to believe that she had been carrying both of them for eight months. Aurora let out a little sigh of relief as they managed to get the bleeding to finally stop. "You have to stay awake for a few more hours Nita, at least until your body recovers." She said quietly as she took one of the towels and started to gently clean Nita's thighs. Nita winced from the sensation as everything was extremely sore, "Thank you...all of you." She said gently hoping that they could all hear just how sincere she was being in that moment.

Naveen bent down, letting Nita see their daughter even more. Though when she asked what he wanted to name her, he thought for a moment but shook his head. "Anything you want...you made her after all." He teased and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead. Nita had been through a lot and she deserved anything she wanted. After losing all of those children, she finally had two of her own and even though only one of them was Naveen's he would still love her and both the children as much as he could. Nero glanced down at Nita as she looked over at Naveen, seeing the love in her eyes. It made him feel guilty that not both of them were his. He looked down at the boy in his arms, noting every feature. This was his..his heir. "You can name the boy too...anything you want." He whispered and nodded to Nita, letting her know that he was serious. In a few years, he'd have to end up taking the child away to train it, groom it into the perfect heir but that can wait. They needed to focus on making sure that Nita stayed awake and talking until she recovered.

Nita raised a hand to stroke her daughter's cheek, "We both did..she's so beautiful...I want to call her Mira." She whispered quietly as she stared lovingly at their daughter. It seemed like a fitting name for her, and it had been their mother's name. "I hope that's ok." She said looking over at Nero with some nervousness before studying the boy in his arms. She knew that one day Nero would take her son away from her, and she could only hope that she'd be able to see him now and again. "As for our son I was thinking of calling him Narcisse." She said carefully as she raised her gaze to look up at Nero then. "Of course I'm open for suggestions if you don't like it." She added softly.

Naveen looked up the moment Nita mentioned the name she wanted for their daughter, a surprised look on his face. That had been their mother's name and it had been one that Naveen had always wanted to name his child. If he had been around when Chel was born, that probably could have been her name if Naveen got to pick. A smile came to his face and he nodded. "I love it..." He looked up at Nero when Nita asked if it was okay, curious to see his reaction. Nero blinked at the name and he stayed quiet for a moment. It took him a while to speak up but he cleared his throat and nodded. "It's fine. It fits her." Nero gave her a soft smile and squeezed her hand. He hadn't spoken his wife's name since she died and now it was going to be the name of his granddaughter. Hearing her voice again, he was drawn out of his thoughts as she suggested a name for their son. "Narcisse...I love it." A smile came to his face and he looked down at the boy in his arms. It fit and he loved it.

Nita gently squeezed Nero's hand back then and glanced over at Naveen with a tender smile, "Well at least now they have names..I still can't believe that they're actually real. This isn't a dream is it?" She asked quietly, at any moment she was afraid that she would wake up with no children and with the sorcerer. It was an ongoing nightmare of hers that at any moment the life she built with Naveen, Chel and even Nero would shatter into a million pieces and leave her all alone once again. Another small miracle was that Naveen and Nero were in the same room together and they hadn't tried killing each other yet...if she didn't feel like hell Nita would have thought for sure that that was a dream. Nero and Naveen had a troubled past and she had a feeling things would never be completely whole with either of them, but they were trying and that was good enough for her. She tried to sit up and immediately laid back down when her entire lower body protested, "I think next time we should shoot for only one child at a time." She stated with a poor attempt at humor.
